The house offers spacious accomodation set over 3 floors. On the ground floor you enter the property through the tiled front terrace area complete with outside dining facilities and sun lounger's. Steps lead to a nice porch terrace with table and chairs ideal for chilling out of an evening. Through the main door you enter into a very spacious lounge/diner equipped with Satellite Tv, Radio, iPod dock and Dvd player. Separate to this area is a ground floor shower cubicle and toilet area.
A fully equipped kitchen area and rear terrace completes the ground floor.
The ornate marble staircase then takes you to the middle floor which comprises of a master bedroom with double bed and sliding doors which lead out on to a private terrace with sea views. One twin room and further double bedroom at rear and a master bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
A second marble staircase then leads to the third floor of the property where you find a well appointed rooftop solarium complete with sea views. The roof top solarium comes complete with a full lounge set comprising of 2 armchairs a 2 seater sofa, coffee table & 2 sun loungers. This beautiful Spanish sun trap gives you a private oasis for soaking up the rays and a great BBQ / relaxing area for when the sun sets.
The property has street parking to the front and to the rear a very well maintained communal pool and garden area that has both a main pool and children's pool. The area is gated and safe for children as it is fully enclosed and requires key entrance and exit.

The Castilla La Mancha region
With over 320 days of sunshine each year and renowned for being one of the healthiest places on earth to live, The Costa Blanca is most famous for its long, white, sandy blue flag beaches that extend over most of its coastline. In fact Costa Blanca in English literally translates to "White Coast".
Although the coastline is the main focus of the Costa Blanca, there is also plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas including the historic cities of Alicante and Valencia.
Nestling between two large salt lakes and the Mediterranean which creates an official nature reserve called the 'Salinas de Torrevieja', Torrevieja is ideally placed within 30/40 minutes of the airports Alicanti and Murcia. The Town itself has a cosmopolitan flavour that can be seen in the array of shops and services and a weekly street market that is held on a Friday and is reportedly one of the largest in Spain.
Two marinas, Numerous Blue flag beaches, 5 Championship Golf Courses, Salt Lakes, Aquapark, New Shopping Mall, Water Sports, Go Karting, Bowling, Fishing, Walking, and Horse Riding are to name but a few of the activities available to you. Aguas Nuevas is 3kms north of the town centre with a good bus services to all activities. Beaches, Bars and Restaurants are within easy walking distance.
All along the promenade are Restaurants, Bars, Shops and a FunFair in the evenings.
The views in this area are breathtaking especially at sunset and as well as being an established tourist area, you will also see local Spanish families having a stroll quite late at night, enjoying the lovely evenings.
Also nearby in Guardamar where there are more beaches and a large natural Park with picnic benches and a very large duned natural beach that goes on for miles..With small bars restaurants dotted along it - a must to visit!

"Excellent place to stay"
Lovely 3 bedroom house with all the comforts of home. Everything you could need is here. About 10 mins walk to bars and restaurants and 10 mins to supermarket. Leisurely stroll to the beach 20 mins (depending how fast you walk). Local bus service very good.
