Beautiful Town House with lovely view over looking communal pools located in a perfect and peaceful location for families and couples. The property is located in a typical Spanish town which has one of the best sandy beaches in Spain and a variety of restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets, with some of them a 5 min walk from the property.
The property was purchased for personal holiday use and was decorated with the thought of comfort. Perfect place for relaxed and hassel free holiday for families with young children as its fully equiped for childrent of any age (please read our feedbacks).
The apartment is also close to the bustling commercial centre HABANERAS with its many shops, cafés, restaurants, bars & childrens play area, as well as the adjacent Carrefour hyper supermarket. There is also an excellent street market every Friday and Sunday!
In the centre of Torrevieja (5 min drive) it has a COSMOPOLITAN SEAFRONT with beautiful sea view and various restaurants (El Muelle is one of our favorite one), bars, street market and a great amusement area which is perfect for kids and adults. There are also parks, craft markets, an aqua park, casino, several night clubs, amusements areas and Go Karts nearby. A good range of golf courses within about a 15-20 minute drive & beautiful scenery in the national park nearby.Beautiful beaches of La Mata is only 2 mins drive, 15 mins walk.
Alicante or Murcia Airports are 30 min drive.

A nicely decorated apartment with unique extension (family room) perfectly suitable for children of any age. The front garden is an ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing, dinning and having BBQ’s - a perfect place for kids to play with secure gates. Together with 2 community pools there is small children’s play area behind the apartment.
Living room includes: Sofa bed perfect for 2 adults to sleep, 42' TV with UK Sat, 2 storage units, 2 mirrors, dinning table for 4/6 people, pictures, standard lamps and few floor mats. English satellite TV and DVD player.
Kitchen includes: fully stocked - cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, full set of cutlery / crockery and cooking equipment, 2 baby high chairs.
Family room includes: Sofa bed perfect for 1 adult to sleep and area for kids to play, storage boxes with some toys, 4 drawer unit, coffee table, mirror, pictures and carpets.

The region has wonderful beaches which attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the Costa Blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain.
The city of Torrevieja lies about 50 km south west of Alicante. You can reach Torrevieja via the road N 332, a wonderful road along the Costa Blanca.
Together with many entertainment areas in the Costa Blanca region (Orihuela Costa, La Flamenco, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and sea front) there is Marina of Torrevieja which is a short walk from main amusement area in the centre is a very beautiful place to visit during the day and night - it has stunning views of the marina and the adjacent beach with beautiful boats. There are many stylish bars and restaurants with night disco on the terrace.
One of our favourite restaurants in Torrevieja is El Muelle located on the Juan Aparicio sea walk, in a quiet pedestrianised place by the Mediterranean shore. Close by- sports centre, several Discos, Irish and other pubs, water park, mini golf, bowling alley, casino, cinema, entertainment centre. Famous habaneras shopping centre - with boutiques etc.
In recent years the local economy has hugely expanded due to the tourist industry. This includes both a strong contingent of British, Irish, Germans and Scandinavians, many of whom live there all the year round, and Spanish tourists who have a holiday home in the city.

"So relaxing, superb villa"
We had such a relaxing break at this villa, it was very peaceful, modern and clean. The service recieved was brilliant. The only thing we would change in the future is to have car hire as you are 30 minute walk from the main parts of Torrevieja although the local supermarket, cafes etc are only 5 minutes walk away which is ideal. All in all had a brilliant week at this villa. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

"Beautiful cosy apartment"
I instantly felt at home at this lovely apartment. I loved using the kitchen and my partner loved the BBQ. Everything was impeccably clean, including the garden/patio area. The atmosphere sat out there on an evening was wonderful, there was a real buzz about the place. The pool, just across the road was very clean and inviting. We spent the afernoons lazing on the grass over there. You can get a taxi from the hospital (5 mins walk) to Torrevieja marina for around 10 euros. All in all an exceptional apartment with much appreciated aircon!!

"Nice apartment, with lots of kids toys and beach equipment available!"
We travelled with 2 young children to this apartment. We were pleasent surprised by all the equipment available for the children: high-chairs, travel cot, high-chairs, beach towels and (beach)toys for children. Pool (with children pool) just a few steps from the front door. Airco available, good (but not very big) equiped kitchen. Good beach (la mata) few minutes by car away. Big supermarket and lovely bakery (belgian owners who now just how to make a freshly baked bread) near (walking distance)

"House from home"
Review of Isabella Property We booked Isabella property, after a last minute decision to travel to Torrevieja at the latter part of Oct and we were glad we did. From the initial emails to Zhanna enquiring about availability to getting on the plan to return home we were extremely pleased our booking. When we initially emailed Zhanna, we got prompt and informative and friendly replies, not having to wait 2 -3 days for a reply from other rentals. This was extremely important obviously due to the lateness of the booking. We were quickly whisked away from Alicante airport, straight to Arco Med and within 45 minutes of landing we were in what would be our home for the next week. I choose the word home carefully, as this is exactly what Isabella is made to feel like. We have stayed in a few holiday rentals and although they have been fine, they always feel very impersonal and a little too “functional” to feel truly comfortable in. I won’t go into all the details of the property but concentrate on what impressed us the most, which was the little details... like kids toys and DVDs, kids deckchairs, beach toys, beach towels which were all invaluable. If you even think of the cost of extra luggage that it would be to take this stuff with you on holiday as well. What we also liked, with a 18month curious little monkey with us, was that the entire complex was extremely secure and the fact that the outdoor space of the apartment and lockable gate, meant that we didn’t have to keep our eyes peeled 24/7 and he loved wandering around exploring. Although , the apartment is in easy walking distance to a major supermarket and cafe/bar, I would recommend hiring the car as it does give you extra freedom and would highly recommend Cabo Roig beach south of Torrevieja centre (about 10minutes away) especially if it’s windy as the beach is very sheltered. All in all we had a great time, due largely to where we stayed, so thank you Gary and Zhanna.
