Villa Hellios, is a brand new luxury villa, built to fit perfectly between the gorgeous countryside and the breathtaking views over Elounda bay. Set in Mavrikiano, a typical village, 2mn from Elounda and its blue flag beaches, you will definitely enjoy the low key, cool pace of life there.
Arrive safely and forget the stress of finding your holiday home! Our staff will welcome you any time of day and night, will be, available on call for any emergency, and will provide a welcome "pack" in the fridge for your first day in the villa, mid-week clean: NO CHARGE ADDED FOR THESE SERVICES. That's our way to say "welcome in crete"!

Aghios Nikolaos / Elounda area
Mavrikiano is a typical Cretan village,2mn from the colourful town of Elounda, where there is all you can wish to spend the best holidays ever: 'blue flag' beaches, water sports, local tavernas, typical 'kafenion' ( cafés), seafood restaurants, bars, pubs, disco nights, shops, souvenirs, jewellers, bookshop and newsagents, supermarkets, latest fashions stores, all day dining, departures from the famous island of Spinalongua...Elounda is only 9km from the Cretan 'Saint Tropez': Aghios nikolaos, where you will discover (day and night) the Cretan way of life in the summer! The pedestrian streets are famous for their shops and restaurants, market on Wednesdays will give you a taste of local products and maybe you will find time to visit Kritsa only 15mn drive from aghios, one of the most exquisite Cretan village ever seen. rent a car and visit the lassithi region, the monasteries, the oil farm, the archaeological sites so close to elounda.
Local activities include diving, swimming, walking, sailing, fishing, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing.

Further details indoors: Each bedrooms has its own private balcony, where you can enjoy the view (superb in the morning, even more breathtaking at sunset), flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio-alarm. Closets are spacious for your entire summer wardrobe. The 'double bed' bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom upstairs near bedroom n°2. Children and babies are of course , more than welcome. You will find a high quality baby highchair and a folding baby cot. Underfloor heating in every room and air conditioning (with remote control). Each bedroom has its own table and chairs set, on the balcony, to enjoy the view and private moments!
Linen and towels provided.
Further details outdoors: A three seats cushioned swing is under the pergola in the private garden area.
You will find four beach chairs.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV .We can arrange pick up at Heraklion airport for you and your family, advise you on car rental rates and directions. Just ask, we will be happy to help!
Conditions
We prefer payment in Euro. We do prefer bank transfers but we do accepts payment by credit cards with PAY PAL.
How to pay? 30 % of the total amount is sent six weeks before the arrival date to secure the booking.You will receive then, the infos you need about the house and location. The total amount is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. cancellation : 30 % of the total amount if it happens 3 weeks before your arrival date : 50 % of the total amount if cancellation happens a week before your arrival date.
Security and damage deposit: 350 Euro. special rates for long term winter lets. For international customers outside the European union, add 18 Euro to cover bank charges

The villa is well equipped for a family and tastefully decorated. The arrangements were seamless, with agents attentive and flexible.
The climb up to the villa was good exercise and helped us work off some of the meals in the town's many tavernas! Would commend this villa holiday to anyone seeking a relaxing week or two in a beautiful location.
The photographs are a true reflection, but if anything do not do the villa justice! thank you very much for the opportunity to rent your house in Elounda.
We found a nice villa in a beautiful surrounding.
Everything worked perfectly: Electricity, air-condition in the bedrooms, kitchen, dish-washer, bathrooms, pool. The service was very good. The most beautiful view was to see the sun go down every night and to see the rising darkness on the islands right in front of our veranda.
We enjoyed our time in Crete very much.
Hope to come back again and to be welcomed.

I couldnt believe the sea view I had from my bedroom every morning! The pool is lovely at night and I appreciated it was fresh water and not sea water like in many hotels. I am recommending this villa to the crete lover of any kind, and if you are bored with sunbathing near the pool, or having a nap on the swing in the garden , you can enjoy the fact that every rooms has its own tv set and dvd players ( which is something teenagers would adore!!!). I can only say its a luxury villa with everything you need for a perfect stay. We can feel the owner desire to offer guests, a very nice stay. thank you laura!
