This beautiful villa is set in one acre of very private grounds with a new large pool (just completed). Situated to the nearest town of Saint Livrade sur Lot in the South West of France.
The villa is light and airy. The accommodation consists of a large lounge and dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms and two twins. The house is fully centrally heated, and all floors are either tiled or have wooden floor.
Property includes: Lounge,dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower toilet and basins,also separate toilet, laundrette, one twins bedroom and two double bedrooms. TV, radio, cd, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, lawned gardens, patio, garden furniture, BBQ, parking for several cars, cot provided. Sorry no pets.

This lovely property stands in private grounds of one acre. 10 minutes walk to the town of St Livrade, with shops, tabacs, cafes and the banks of the river Lot, large street market on Fridays. The climate is ideal with long hot summers, relax around the pool or take to the traffic free roads, explore this glorious area of South West France. Enjoy the street markets, antiquites fairs and chateaux of the many 13th century Bastide towns and villages all within a 30 mile area.

A very nice big town with water parks and a lovely canal.
The nearest town is St Livrade: the town centre is 10 mins walk away. There you will find 3 supermarkets, cafes, bars, on Fridays, there is a large street market. The river Lot is close, here you have motor cruisers, boating, canoeing, fishing etc. A very short drive on traffic free roads, there is a 9 hole and a 18 hole golf course. The surrounding country-side is very scenic with lots of chateaus and 13th century bastide towns and villages. At night you could go to a soiree and meet the french who love to drink, dine and dance the night away (children are welcome).
For the children there is a water theme park, horse riding, bike hire and much more. Every town and village has a tourist information desk. The staff speak english, we find them very helpful with information for the people on holiday. To help you enjoy your stay. THE LONG HOT SUMMERS ARE THE ICING ON THE CAKE!
How to get there
Air flights to Bergerac,Bordeaux or Toulouse. Trains to tonneins. Calias ferrys or other ferries.
The Bergerac airport is serviced by Ryanair and BMIbaby, and is a 45 minute drive. Bordeaux airport is 1 and half hours drive with motorway connections.
