The apartment is new, and located back from the hassle and bustle of the down town area, in a gated security development with gardens for children to play in, and a free roof terrace should you want to sit up there and have a beer. In less than 300 metres to the suburb of city Salam, which has shops to cover day to day items.

Marjane, Agadir's biggest hypermarket is only a £1 taxi ride away, for more serious shoppings, and items of clothing etc. The beach and down town is for less than £2 taxi ride away.
Mini Super markets are only 50 Meters from the Apartment.

The Agadir region

Agadir the Miami of Morocco so named because it is a very modern city with liberal views on western living, filled with too many bars and restaurants to name it offers good value for money holidaying. Its beach is one of the largest natural sand beaches on the western African coast and is monitored with lifeguards and very safe for children.

Agadir Town area

There is plenty to see and do. You can rent a jet ski, go water skiing, sailing, fishing, or retire for a beer in one of the many beach side cafes. Its active fishing port is open to the public with locally priced fish restaurants offering freshly caught and cooked seafood for less than £3 per plate.

Fishing trips are good value and add up to a healthy day out. The crew take the bread and salad, you catch the fish, they barbecue it, you eat it... Marvellous!
Also, Agadir has several artisan centres where all manner of art, gold and silver jewellery can be bought at bargain prices. We offer you all the assistance you need during your stay. Please just ask!

Conditions

Terms and conditions of rental are: A maximum of 6 persons can occupy this apartment. Rental payments are calculated from the arrival and are flexible. Also, rental payments are not based on the number of occupiers. No security deposit is required for citizens holding European passports, just photo copies of the passports of the persons intending to occupy the property.

No pets. Smoking allowed. Upon confirmation of your booking a 50% deposit is required, by bank transfer. Air travel clients are met at Agadir airport and settled into the property.

Clean towels and bed linen are supplied, as is gas and electricity. Laundry service is available, at a small charge. We have a brochure covering this property, please ask to see it.
