Home description

85 m2 flat ideally located (in close proximity to shops, restaurants, banks, doctors, markets, etc., 10 min walk from Agadir souk and 15 min walk to the Beach) at the heart of Agadir town centre on the 7th (top) floor of a building with a lift. Although the flat has all mod cons. it is decorated using traditional Moroccan furniture made by a local artisan. There is a balcony as well as a communal sun terrace on the 7th floor for your personal use. A local contact (native of Agadir) who speaks French and good English would be available to welcome you in the flat and give you tips on what to see, where to eat, where to shop, etc.

The Agadir region

Agadir is surrounded by the Atlas mountains and has a wonderful 9 km long sandy beach, plenty restaurants, a relaxed atmosphere, and the people are friendly and hospitable. It also provides year round sunshine on the Atlantic coast . Agadir is a thriving destination for organised tours. It is a perfect location from which to visit other sights such as the stunning Paradise Valley, the Atlas foothills with its Berber villages or even an oasis in the desert. Property owner lives in the UK but is Berber Moroccan from the Agadir region. If needed, I would be happy to give tips and advice on what to do, see, etc.

Agadir Town area

Agadir offers a wealth of amenities and facilities (restaurants, shops, excellent water sports, 3 golfs, etc.) available for the holiday tourist. The beaches nearby are considered a surfer's paradise. To maximise your visit at the beach, you can treat yourself by renting pedalos, jetskis, surfboards and surfskis. You can also hire horses, camels and dune strikes.
