Panoramic’s properties are situated in the brand new “Marina Agadir” resort which is by far the most prestigious and up market location in Agadir. Apart from being literally yards from the most wonderful golden beach, both our properties also have the benefit of the three large communal pools and sunbathing areas set in the beautiful landscaped gardens within the private, gated complex.
The entire resort is built around the magnificent purpose-built marina which also boasts an excellent selection of high class shops ranging from Zara through to exclusive individual outlets, plus a selection of bars and restaurants literally a few yards walk from your door.
There is also a supermarket for your daily requirements, pharmacy, laundry, bank with cash machine, car hire office, beauty salon and many services to ensure everything you need is at your fingertips.
We can particularly recommend first hand the Venezia Ice Bar with its range of exotic ice creams, sundaes, pastries and breakfast crepes. Definitely the place for a little well earned holiday time self indulgence! (calorie counting not recommended!)

The Agadir region
Having driven extensively throughout Morocco every winter since 2004 we have fallen in love with this diverse country! The breathtaking scenery, fantastic architecture, glorious food and the friendliness and hospitality of the people make this a fascinating country with one of the highlights of the journey always being our very last stop off at the gateway to the Sahara - AGADIR!

Agadir Marina area
One of the tremendous advantages of this marvellous all year round beach holiday is that you genuinely don’t need a car, everything that you require is right there at your fingertips and for most people we are sure that there will be more than enough to do, but if the endless sunbathing and relaxing begins to pall there are plenty of alternative ways to spend your time!
As you are located at one end of a wonderful pristine beach, the seemingly endless stretch of golden sand provides the perfect place for a late evening jog along the waterfront, or join in one of the numerous games of beach football with the locals. You are very welcome to join them but we warned - these boys can play! A brisk walk, or even a leisurely stroll as the sun is going down is an ideal way to pass an hour taking in the sights and sounds of the beach at the end of the day.
All sorts of watersports are available on the beach, windsurfing, canoeing, jet skis etc. plus quad bikes are available for hire or enjoy a gallop down the beach on horseback, or more unconventionally try a camel ride.
As everywhere, golf is fast becoming a major activity in and around Agadir, which boasts 3 beautiful courses within 10 minutes drive from the marina (one 9-hole and two 27 hole). If you need any help in organising a round we can put you in touch with Agadir’s very own “Mr Golf”, who is based in the marina and will be pleased to help.
How to get there
Flights to Agadir. Flights are available all year round from most major airports, most are direct, usually around 4 hours flight time. Indirect flights stopping at Casablanca or Marrakech would take a little longer. As usual lots of options can be found on the internet.
On Arrival at Agadir Airport Simply jump into a taxi (destination Agadir Marina) which is a 20 minute inexpensive ride away, all taxi drivers will be familiar with the Marina, so no worries about directions etc.
By Ferry from Spain
Northern Morocco can be reached by taking the ferry from either Algeciras or Tarifa on the southern tip of Spain’s Costa del Sol over to Tangier. The FRS fast ferry from Tarifa takes about 35 minutes and the Algeciras ferry takes about 1 hour. Drive time from landing in Tangier through to Agadir is approx. 9 hours, 850 kilometres. Road conditions (mostly new motorway) are excellent with very little traffic, but nevertheless it’s a long full days driving.

On Arrival at the Marina Keys will be available for you to collect from the Agence Immobiliere (Estate Agent) which is situated on the right as you enter the marina, next to the Banque Populaire. If you are arriving out of office hours we will arrange for our representative to meet you outside the office, so no worries about key collection etc.
Car/Moped/Quad Hire Car hire is definitely not necessary for a stay in Agadir but if you do wish to hire a car to go further afield there is a car rental office on the Marina, or numerous other offices in the town which may be a little cheaper.
Taxis into town are not necessary, everything is within walking distance, but on evenings when you simply can’t be bothered to walk, the taxi rank is situated at the entrance to the Marina. Taxis are numerous, cheap and instantly available and happy to take you on short or long distances
Keeping in Touch with Home Communications in Morocco are good, so no problem with your mobile. Various internet cafes/ wireless hotspots are available within a short walk from the Marina. English papers are available daily at several newspaper stands, albeit one day behind.

The lounge/living area also has a 42” plasma TV, DVD player with a good selection of movies and a satellite TV service which provides a few English channels from the BBC and Sky.
The large bedroom boasts an impressive king-size 4 poster bed and the mirrored wall to wall fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage space.
The en suite bathroom comprises bath, shower, bidet, wash basin, w.c. and hairdryer.
There is also a second bathroom equipped with shower, bidet, wash basin and w.c., which is ideal for guests using the lounge sleeping facility.
The fully-fitted galley style kitchen features all the modern appliances including: Large fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils. We also provide an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
The option of air conditioning/ heating throughout the apartment will be available for a nominal fee, should it be required (please see booking form for details).
There is also a good-sized balcony which is accessible from both the lounge and the bedroom, which is equipped with patio table and chairs for outside dining. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of vino on the balcony and take in the stunning views of the illuminated mountain top ancient Kasbah
