We are one of very few villas in Andalucia that has one ground floor accessible double bedroom with a wet room ensuite attached that is suitable for a wheelchair user or a person with limited mobility.
So many people charge extra if you need an access room and with us it is included in the price, its just part of our large villa.
We have wide doors, full access in to the communal areas and full access around the whole of the villa from the driveway.
When we say it is accessible we really do mean it!
We have a sleep plan that we work with you to accommodation your groups needs and the access room is number 4 on our plan.
We can raise the bed also by 2 inches or 5 inches if you need it.
If your looking for specialist items at the villa then there is a company on the coast that you can hire from to get delivered to us like a special bed or a hoist etc. We have a proper shower chair for you if needed and we can raise the bed with specialist feet plus all grab rails are in place.
Our group villa is perfect for you with us having this facility and we are so very versatile sleeping up to 20.We also have free WIFI and can offer stays of less than 7 nights out of season - please enquire direct for holiday costings (minimum stay allowed 3 nights).

There are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and even 5 kitchens giving your group an amazing amount of space to enjoy this truly delightful villa. The 4 lounge areas are fantastic, one very large with sports on the 60 inch tv and the other 3 have double brand new leather sofas beds.
Our facilities and services we offer are second to none and nothing is to much trouble to organise for you so if you have any requests dont hesitate to ask.
Dotted around our beautiful grounds are pergolas,terraces patios and bbq areas giving you the ultimate outdoor holiday with quality furnishings.
Many facilities are on offer if you want to celebrate any special occasion,we can organise food deliveries,a beautician on site for a pampering day and even a coach trip into one of the cities if you want a flamenco evening or party evening.
There are wonderful outside areas with many terraces overlooking beautiful scenery and even a pool and 39 degree hot tub to enjoy the cooler months whilst the sun is still shining. Our large luxurious villa has been tastefully restored to offer high quality accommodation sleeping up to 20. The villa is accessible for a wheelchair user.
There are 7 beautiful bedrooms, 3 best quality double sofa beds, 4 lounge areas, 6 bathrooms and even 5 kitchens giving your group all the space needed. Each room is individually styled with luxurious bedding, brand new memory foam mattresses and extravagant touches for a luxury home from home feel. All bedrooms have air con.
There are a wide range of facilities perfect for all ages. The villa is set in extensive olive groves with an abundance of patio areas and terraces to soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views, and a great pergola to relax under in the shade. The games area is placed perfectly next to the pool area so you can enjoy a game of pool, darts, table tennis in the sunshine whilst others sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence for security. The magna pool system is chlorine free and run by crystals and minerals to rejuvenate your body and mind, acting like a spa. There's also a luxury hot tub - a joy to sink into and at 39 degrees all year round.
Inside, the beautiful lounge provides a central seating area for everyone to come together, with a large welcoming open log fire for winter evenings and comfortable sofas to relax in. The villa has air con or ceiling/stand up fans in all bedrooms for your comfort and all bathrooms have power showers and great space.
For the evenings we have a poker table and you can even hire in flamenco dancers. There is also a Play Station 2 for the kids and we are totally gated on all outside areas for the kids safety. We also have the latest movies, and a large selection of books. We have converted the main lounge in to a cinema room - there is a 60 inch TV with a sound bar and subwoofer.
This beautiful villa is just 5 minutes by car from the stunning beach and lake of Iznajar. The beach has no crowds, non-motorised sports plus a wonderful beach bar - a really special place. In less than an hour you can visit Malaga for a city tour or a coastal beach day. Granada is worth a visit - enjoy cave flamenco, a vibrant history and tapas trails.

Our villa is unique having 5 kitchens in different areas enabling you do large family meals al fresco style with the use of paella pans and rings.There is also two bbqs,one near the main kitchen and pergola and another large bbq area situated under the most beautiful grape vines overlooking wonderful view. A jacuzzi running at 39 degrees is also at the villa allowing your group to enjoy in the cooler months,this is a unique feature for this area.The games area is also fantastic ensuring all ages are entertained and we offer a play station 2 with games,and a poker table.
We supply the best eqyptian cotton towels,sheets ,giving you luxury and the home from home feel.

One of the bedrooms and bathrooms has wheelchair access and disabled facilities including a chair for the walk in shower and the whole of the ground floor of the villa is accessible.

Our villa has an abundance of large patio areas,some shaded with rustic pergolas,there is a waterproof pergola with settees and table and chairs and also a covered seating area with scatter cushions.
We have a large games area with an English pool table,table tennis and darts.There is a poker table also and If you want to organise any special nights out we can help with this for any occasion.
The pool area has many sunloungers and chairs and a six seater hot tub to relax in watching the gorgeous sunset go down.
There is a large driveway to park many vehicles.
