Mature, well maintained gardens and BBQ area. There is also a 35' luxury motor boat + captain available for hire - moored right outside the villa. Use it to explore the local beaches, swim and sunbathe in secluded little bays - please ask for further details. Still doing work on exterior and main bedroom. The Menorca region
There is some beautiful countryside and wildlife on Menorca making it popular with walkers and bird watchers. Es Grau and the stunning Albufera Natural Reserve is about 15 minutes away. Fishing and game fishing is also available in Mahon. There are several scuba diving centres on the island which run daily trips to some of the best dive sites in the Med.
Addaya / Addaia area
You can walk to a range of local shops, bars and restaurants. There is also the Port Bar just the other side of the marina. Close enough to walk to in minutes and far enough not to be noisy. There are also some fabulous restaurants on the islands - full listing available in the villa manual on arrival. Historic Mahon - the capital is a 15-20 minute drive away and well worth a thorough explore. Great little shops and fabulous food/fish markets, endless cafes and restaurants, sweeping stairways to more splendid views over the port.
