Independent villa in Port Addaia, with 3 double bedrooms in gound flour and large living room and independent kitchen in first floor. 2 large terraces with sea views. Ideal for 2 couples with (max. 4) children.
Situated about 80 meters from Cala Moli with its piers and boats and 175 meters from the picturesque Addaya harbour. Close to a few local shops, restaurants and bars (English spoken).

The Menorca region

Menorca is natural paradise, with a wide variety of landscapes and marvellous beaches and coves that arise between the rocky and irregular coasts. Much of the Island has been called an open-air museum including e.g Roman and pre-historic artefacts. The magnificent port of Maó is one of the largest in the world.

Almost during the whole year the weather in Menorca is typically Mediterranean; with mild wet winters and dry warm summers.

The Addaya / Addaia area

Port Addaya is a very pretty and quiet village in the North East of Menorca with restaurants and bars in the centre of the village. The nearest sea bathing is at Arenal d'en Castell a few minutes drive away as well as the small beach at Na Macaret in Cala Moli, adjacent to Addaia. The entire North coast of Menorca has astonishing natural beaches like Mongofre or Cala Pregonda. And in the South coast you find Sun Bou, an enormous sandy beach. There are a lot of activities to do in Menorca, like the 18 hole golf course at Son Parc which is only a few minutes drive away from Addaia. Or nautical sports like diving. There is a diving school operating in Addaia which provides PADI courses (within a week's visit), try-dive and recreational diving around the local coast and islands. Addaia is also ideal for a boat trip. You can reach the most beautiful small beaches by boat. In the village of Addaya you can rent small and medium motor and sailing boats or a typical Balearic boat like the "llaut". Or try a sea canoe trip. You can rent a canoe in the lovely village of Fornells, just 15 minutes drive from Addaya. Fornells is worth a visit! Furthermore, there are lots of possiblities to practice horse riding, for instance in Alayor, a village inland, close to Addaya, walking or cycling. And do not leave Menorca without visiting the magnificent port of Mahon or the lovely city of Ciutadella.
