About the home

The villa is located just 5 mins drive from the beach, in a quiet residential area, yet only 20 mins drive from Mahon. The villa has easy access to all amenities including, local shops, restaurants and bars. An 18 hole golf course, cycle hire, water sports are within a 5 to 10 min drive away.

The villa benefits from its own swimming pool (heating is an optional extra) shallow end perfect for children, spacious balconies (including roof top) with stunning sea and river views furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With double and twin bedrooms the villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area for you to see and do during your stay.

*The Utility Room with a sink, kettle, and plastic plates and cups, American Style Fridge Freezer with 'ready to use' ice maker can be directly accessed from the pool area which compliments the bar-be-que. Bathroom 6 can be accessed on this level and has a walk in shower.

Child Safety: The villa is suitable for children of all ages but as parents ourselves supervision inside and outside the villa is a must especially around the pool area.

Conditions

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

The Menorca region

Menorca benefits from a beautiful coastline, having a harbour at Mahon with a wealth of fishing villages and lovely beaches, offering restaurants and water sports (glass bottom boats). The island is 'green' and warm for most of the year making for a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beaches and ideal for walking. There is a good range of shops in Mahon (20 min drive), Mercadal and Alaior (10 mins drive). From Cuitadella (30 mins drive) a ferry can be taken to Majorca or Ibiza.

The Addaya / Addaia area

Addaya is the ideal holiday destination for all age groups, with local shops, bars offering entertainment and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Tennis Courts are available for hire from the Supermarket. Boat excursions for up to 12 persons run twice a day 7 days a week from the Port of Addaya (weather permitting).

Son Parc beach which is ideal for all the family is a 5 min drive with lifeguards, car park, bar and restaurant, sun beds and parasols, pedaloes and canoes for hire. Macaret beach is also 5 mins drive away and is safe. A 18 hole golf course with club house and a restaurant, tennis courts available for hire and horse riding are 5 mins drive away at Son Parc.

The fishing village of Fornells is 10 mins drive away, offering water sports and a wealth of restaurants. Mahon is 20 mins drive away with ample shops, bars, restaurants, beautiful churches and its harbour is breathtaking. Cycle hire is available. Mercadal and Alaior are 5-10 mins drive away offering shops. There is a local bus service but car hire is recommended if you want to see more of this beautiful island.

Fly to Mahon International Airport - Addaya is 20 minutes drive away.

Car Hire is strongly recommended and is available from avictoria@infotelecom.es who will arrange for a car to be waiting for you at the airport with their representative.

Taxis are available from the Airport to Addaya - fare approximately 40 euros.

“Great location, top notch accommodation and facilities.” Port D'Addaya is ideally sited to provide quick access to the best facilities on the north coast yet is a peaceful quiet area with more than ample reastaurants and amenities within easy reach by car. The villa was very well appointed and equipped with the pool area being a delight for all ages. A peaceful holiday location for a large family group with enough diverse facilities close by to keep all age groups entertained with beach and sea activities to the fore.. The stair entry to the villa would be difficult for older or less able persons.

“We will be back” We booked out of season a party of 10, The villa is Brilliant for large groups. four couples a 16yr old and a 4 yr old . the Villa is super the furniture is better than the normal holiday let. You feel at home within a few hours. the place is big enough that you can be either communal or individuals. . Everthing is high quality and everything you would need is there. We was the first visitors of the season and had a few niggles , but the villa maintaince company Neat and Tidy where brilliant. nothing is no trouble. The pool was heated and we went in it evry day even in early April. Addaja has two good pubs, supermarket, and two resturants. We hired cars also recommended by the owners who where also brilliant. We generally never go back anywhere on our holidays, but we will be going back to Menorca and would dream of stopping anywhere else. Thanks for a great holiday
