About the home

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with great sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Two shower rooms and kitchen have been renovated last year and for season 2011 there will be a totally renovated living room with new furniture and accessories. Kitchen is fully equipped. As well new furniture for the terrace will be provided.

Barbecue in the garden, SAT TV with English channel, WIFI internet.

There's a small library with books and guides about the island.

The Menorca region

Menorca is one of the Balearic islands, you can find unforgettable beaches and blue sea.

Although most people come for the climate and the beaches, the island has quite a few historic sights as well. Of particular note are the Paleo-Christian basilicas and monuments from the Talayotic culture. Another interesting sight is the Fort Marlboro which is a good example of British military architecture.

Mahon, the capital of the Island, is an important commercial and industrial centre. Apart from its architecture, fairs, festivals and fiestas which give it such a cosmopolitan and traditional air, the chief attraction of Maó is undeniably its extraordinary natural harbour.

The old capital, Ciutadella has many monuments dating from the 18th century and is a charming town. Its harbour is a meeting place for yachts and pleasure craft. Ciutadella is located in the west of the island.

Scuba diving
The wide shallow inlet at the Bay of Fornells offers the perfect conditions for beginners to take courses and yet minutes from the dive centres just outside the bay are beautiful dive spots on the reefs and underwater caves of the Marine Reserve. “Simply perfect” A perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The island is wonderful and the place where the villa is located is well connected and with an amazing sightseeing. The villa is well divided, rooms are well furnished and comfortable. you can enjoy your staying looking at an amazing dawn from the roof, having a drink in the swimming pool or simply start from there to visit the gorgeous beaches of the island. In september the swimming pool water at night is too cold to take a midnight bath. the house is exactly as I espected or even better.

“beautiful location” Peaceful and relaxing setting complete with everything we needed for a comfortable week. Lovely views but not recommended for very small children due to the unrailed roof terrace. Good sized pool, perfect for 3 lively teenagers. Excellent location, for nearby beaches and an easy drive from the airport. The only additions I could recommend would be wi-fi connection and air conditioning, although the ceiling fans were effective, if a little noisy and sleeping with the windows open does leave you suseptible to mosquito attack!

“Lovely peaceful villa - amazing views” Excellent contact with the owner prior to booking and sent us full information and route maps to find the place and locate the key. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and as described. The towels and sheets were changed after 7 days and the people who came were so lovely they even came back with an ice cream for our children as it was my son's birthday the next day! The pool was great and a good size and the views from the front of the villa were over an inlet and out to sea - beautiful, especially in the evenings and the roof terrace was a great place for a sundowner! Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa and we will definitely be going back!

“A fantanstic place for a relaxing stay” We have just returned from a week at the Binnemar in Addyia. Put simply, for the price, you will struggle to beat this villa. The area - Addyia is a very quiet place with a few shops, supermarket and a few bars/restraunts, the main feature is the harbour. The area is primarily villas. Closest beach is Arenell de castel about 4k away and some lovely villages within a short drive, citudella about 45 mins by car is a must visit, a photographers paradise with its, quaint narrow streets and architecture A car is pretty much essential here. The Villa - Binnemar 333 is situated in a very pleasent location overlooking the strip of water that leads to the harbour so sitting at the front of the house, you can watch all the yachts and boats passing by. As you can see by the photos, the inside is very tastfully decorated and is spotlessly clean, the villa has everything you could ever need, home from home. The kitchen is new, with all the cooking facilities you can think of (more than we have at home!) the bathrooms are new, there are numerous guides, maps etc giving info for the island. I am led to believe that by the time i write this, there will be satelite TV installed with english channels as this was the only slight nit pic we had as a couple of nights the weather wasn't very good so we sat inside and tried to make head and tail of the news in spanish!! The pool areas is very nice, with a barbeque area, you get sun from about 10:30 in morning until 20:00 in the evening (May time) and it is a sun trap, some days we had wind on the front and it was lovely by the pool. The views from the front of the house are fantastic, this is a great area for having breakfast looking over the water. We will definately return. All in all, a great place for relaxing and fantastic value for money.

“Awsome” This was our second visit to Casa Binimasr and, as always, it was amazing and wonderful! The landlord has created a little paradise that is comfortable and like home. It was absolutely the perfect place for us. There was plenty of space so we never felt cramped and the house is in a nice, quiet area. The house was also close to several different beaches and small towns to visit so it gave us all the opportunity to experience lots of things without having to travel very far. I know we will return to Casa Binimasr!

“Perfect setting for a perfect vacation.” We spent a week in Casa Binimasr in the middle of August and we had a marvellous time. When we arrived, a bit tired after the flight, we found the house ready and welcoming. Despite the crowded period for the island, we were at ease in the comfortable home. It was an ideal mixture of luxurious outdoor views and poolside facilities and the homely practicalities within. The poolside was perfect for late and leisurely dinners and the front porch for lazy morning breakfasts with news papers and fresh fruits. We were very unhappy to leave so soon and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a leisurely and comfortable vacation.

“A room with a view” Binimasr is located in the quiet town of Addaia, and it's the perfect starting point to explore the island. The house is in a quiet spot, with a beautiful view onto the sea, a veranda to enjoy breakfast in the glorious Spanish sun and a swimming pool to exploit when it gets too hot. Besides, the house has everything you might need diring your stay: kitchenware, linen and domestic electrical appliances are all new and in perfect state.

“The most beautiful and peaceful retreat (. . . and did I say romantic?) ever!!!” Binimasr is a well maintained and appointed home with an inspiring view of the Mediterranean from the front terrace. Breakfast on the terrace, afternoon sunning poolside, and star gazing on the roof terrace all with wonderful privacy made this location the cornerstone of a fantastic week in Menorca. A wonderful kitchen in which to cook great meals and a washing machine to support traveling light helped to make the visit even more relaxing.The owner and property manager were wonderful to deal with and set the tone for what has become one of our top getaways among many excellent ones.

“ESTUPENDO” Todo estupendo!!!! Todavía cuando veo las miles de fotos que hemos hecho me emociono. Nada de ruido, limpieza absoluta, vistas impresionantes, no le falta detalle, es muy fácil de encontrar. El dia que llegamos casi nos da algo de lo bonito que era todo, en especial sus terrazas, que se pierden en el horizonte. Vivimos una semana de ensueño. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, el precio parece caro pero al final entre 6 no es tanto y verdaderamente merece la pena. Las fotos de la pagina web de los apartamentos son totalmente fiables así que ahí os podéis hacer una idea de lo que os vais a encontrar al llegar. Si pudiese me compraría la casa, pero me conformaré con volver el verano que viene. Lo dicho, espectacular!!!!!

“Como en casa” Binimasr es el lugar para sentirte como en casa. Las instalaciones cuidadas y la localización en sí ya son motivo para elegir esta casa para una estancia tranquila y placentera en Menorca. Pero si además se unen las atenciones de los propietarios para hacerte sentir bien, entonces ya es la combinación perfecta. En nuestro caso, viajamos con un bebé y nos proporcionaron una cuna y una tronita (la cual ni habíamos pactado tener). Además, la casa viene equipada con más de lo necesario para sentirte cómodo. Otro punto a favor si viajas con más gente es que la casa tiene dos baños, lo que facilita la logística de las duchas en una zona llena de playas. Después de buscar y comparar, puedo confirmar que el precio de alquilar Binimasr es muy competitivo.
