From the owner

The accomodation is a charming private villa not far from the Ionian sea (2 minutes drive), from Mount Etna (40 minutes drive), and from Catania (20 minutes drive) located in Guardia on the outskirts of Acireale. The villa is set in a superb strategical position to move for a complete visit of eastern Sicily. This self catering accommodation has recently been modernised in rustic style. It comprises four double bedrooms( with an additional bed on request), three bathrooms with shower, a wide sitting room and a kitchenette/dining room.The two floors are connected by an internal stair. The two ground floor bedrooms are in adjoining rooms (separeted by a sliding door), one in the same general space with the kitchen/dining room. The guests use their own independent entrance. Private parking in the court, 250 sq mts of private garden with furniture (chairs, table, ombrella)

This is a perfect accommodation for families or friend's party. Gas stove heating available from November till March.

Owner lives on site in a separate part of the villa, car hire recommended. Railway station (Santa Venerina station) only 300 meters away.

The whole scene is dominated by the awe-inspiring hulk of Mount Etna rising up in all her majesty. The north and south faces can be reached easily in little more than half an hour.

L'aeroporto internazionale “Fontanarossa” dista circa 25 km. Gli alloggi, realizzati con l'utilizzo di materiali tipici del luogo come pietra lavica e cotto rustico, si sviluppano su due piani tra loro in comunicazione tramite scala interna.La villa gode di un ampio cortile privato antistante con posto auto interno.All'esterno sono presenti 250 mq di giardino con arredo.Propietario abitante in loco in altra ala dello stabile. E' una sistemazione ideale per unire la vacanza al mare ad un tranquillo alloggio in campagna nelle immediate vicinanze della costa Ionica e le sue splendide borgate marinare che distano pochi km.

    If Rose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
