About the home

This is an executive spacious three bedroom all en suite and three living rooms property, which shares an onsite swimming pool with two other holiday villas on this purpose built holiday complex.

Location - it is conveniently situated a couple of minutes walk from the Spintex Road at the Ranna Plaza shopping mall turnoff/opposite Ecobank, which is the main commercial hub of vibrant Spintex Rd community. The location is well served with almost every conceivable amenity including several banks, well stock grocery outlets, bars, night clubs (pool bar/nite club), Fridays and night club, Rhapsody at Accra shopping mall, restaurants (chiness, Italian, Arabian opposite Regmanuel Golden gate, fast food outlets Papaya, Mr Big, On the Run, Chicken Republic), Hairdressers and the famed Accra Shopping mall is just a 20 minutes drive down the same road. The convenience that the location brings makes it a popular choice for families looking to rent a luxurious accommodation with easy access to central Accra with popular beaches such as Cocoa Beach Resort, Labadi Beach Resort a mere 10 to 30 minutes drive away.

As can be seen from the pictures below it has a stunning interior and an impeccably maintained outdoor area with plenty of garden area. This particular villa is in the same complex as two other luxury villas and a communal swimming pool, there is a security house manned round the clock which makes it a particularly safe place to stay. There is also two housekeepers onsite which is included in your daily rate providing cleaning services to each villa very 36 hours, if a chef is needed, its available for $15 per day.

Car rental - We also provide a range of rental vehicles at special discounted rate when booked together with a villa. Our most popular vehicle right now is our modern 4x4 seven seater Mercedes powered Jeep with leather interior. This cost a mere $75 per day plus $15 a day driver's daily allowance when booked together with the villa. Please note the driver has been trained to British standards (no ill advised overtaking etc) and has over 10 years experience of taking care of tourists. He has got good command of English and speaks some French and has also got excellent knowledge of Accra and also all the tourist attractions up and down the country. When you book our vehicle then we pick you up promptly at the airport and take care of your transport needs throughout your stay and then safely dropping you off at the airport on your departure date. The driver can also act as your chaperone being the go between in your dealing with the locals especially the language barrier and also bargaining for purchases if required.

Facilities

This executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. The home has partially retractable security bars, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers and prescribed by Ghana Fire Services. It also has a backup generator and water reservoir.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and all bathrooms have hot running water. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The villa has a spacious sunken lounge area with separate Dining Room. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate storeroom. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are supplied and there is a free laundry service.

Sliding door leads onto a ceramic tiled spacious porch where you can relax in our out door garden furniture to enjoy the cool sea breeze blowing in from the Atlantic ocean a mere ½ mile away. The over-sized garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers beds and a fully tiled compound.

Living Area
This incredibly spacious room has a laminated wood floor and is tastefully furnished with soft Italian leather suite. It also has multi channel TV(DSTV), DVD Player, VCR and CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System and ceiling fan and chandelier lighting system, air condition unit, hand woven full size Indian wool rug.

Dining Area
This has regency dining suite at one end and a play station area at the other end. It also has a corner dining room cabinet for storing the all essential liquor etc.

Kitchen
This spacious kitchen is equipped with a modern fan assisted electric cooker with gas table top cooker as back up, washing machine, fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, juicer, blender, filter coffee maker and all cooking utensils etc.

Master Suite 1
This en suite double bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed, a large built in wardrobe, air condition unit, mosquito net, alarm clock radio and sumptuous bed linens The bath suite has a luxury corner bath with shower mixer tap and full Hot running water.

Master Suite 2
This en suite double bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed, a large built in wardrobe, air condition unit, mosquito net, alarm clock radio and sumptuous bed linens The bath suite has a luxury bath with shower mixer tap and full Hot running water.

Bedroom 3
This en suite double bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed, a large built in wardrobe, air condition unit, mosquito net, alarm clock radio and sumptuous bed linens The bath suite has a luxury bath with shower mixer tap and full Hot running water.

Leisure and Fitness Room
3 Aerobic exercise machines, half size snooker table with snooker & Pool balls.

Electricity - villa is fitted with prepaid meter which will be laoded with 30 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required and the staff will be able to assist with this.

Generator - comes with a full tank of fuel as standby in event of a power cut. Customer is responsible for buying more fule as required and staff will be able to assist with this.

Further details outdoors:
The whole outdoor area is fully secured and tiled and is surrounded by well stocked flower beds which makes it a fun space for kids and adult alike. There is also plenty of plenty of space for car parking and sun bathing around the pool or in front of your own villa.

Conditions

To make a confirmed reservation we require a 30% deposit if the check in date is more than 30 days away and the balance 4 weeks before the check in date. Full payment is required where the check in date is less than a month away.

Accra is home to many fine beaches all within driving distance of our luxury guest houses definitely an essential visit for any Accra Ghanna vacation. Located in Accra the national Ghana museum is home to objects of archeology, ethnography as well as fine art, a must see as part of any Accra Ghana vacation.

The Accra area

The villa is just 20 minutes drive from the airport and is also conveniently located a mere 50 metres from the main Spintex road. We are located at the Ranna Plaza/ Kingdom Furniture turnoff on the left opposite Ecobank down that road for 100 yards approaching from Tetteh Quarshie roundabout. Wwe are the two white houses with red tiled roof on the right on the left coming from Tetteh Quarshie roundabout

The location is within easy walking distance to all the local amenities including Ranna Plaza shopping mall, House mart grocery store, Mobile mart grocery store, air conditioned internet café and hairdressers. The pool bar and night club, Coastal bar, On the Run restaurants, Papa Ye restaurant and Fridays open air bar and night club are all within 5 minutes drive away along the Spintex Road.
