The property also has a water reservoir amd a power generator to be used in the event of a break in electricity power supply.
The Villa is situated right on the corner where Spintex Road Meets With The Nungua Road . It is therefore within walking distance from the main road with easy access to means of transportation. It has the added advantage of being just a few minutes walk from the “On The Run” chain of restaurants and a short drive from the renowned Fridays Spot and Koko Beach Resort.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area with no security problems. However, despite the absence of security problems, the villa has a day caretaker and a night security man
Terms and Conditions
Bookings should be for a period of at least 1 week.
The keys to the front and back doors of the villa should NEVER be taken out of the premises.
They should always be left in the care of the housekeeper.
The housekeeper should be given access to the main house to check that the cookers, water boilers, are switched off especially in the evenings before going to bed.
ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUESTED TO CO-OPERATE. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A REFUND OF ANY AMOUNTS PAID IN EXCESS OF THE 30% DEPOSIT
This villa is fitted with pre-paid meter which will be loaded with 20 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The staff will be able to assist with this.
The client pays for the cost of fuel for the power generators in the event of power cuts. All clients should present at least 2 forms of identification including a valid passport before being admitted to the premises.
Making A Reservation:
On the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking, the villa and/or shall be reserved for you on the dates booked. The balance should be payable before check in.
A fully qualified chef/housekeeper shall be assigned to your villa at a daily rate of $6 or local currency equivalent (payable to the chef/housekeeper at the end of each working day) to expertly prepare all meals to your requirement. Please note that the chef/housekeeper works a 12 hour shift and finishes at 9pm each day.
Laundry and ironing service:
The villas have washing machines, but washing powder is not included. To conserve water, though, whenever possible wash on full load. There is an iron and ironing board for your personal use. However, if you want the ironing to be expertly done for you then we levy a small charge of 15,000 cedis ($1.50) for every five items. Single items cost 5,000 cedis (70 cent) cents an item.
Charges for all our services must be settled on the day that the service is rendered or the following day without fail. Failure to settle amount due by the following day would result in suspension of further services until the outstanding amount is paid. This is necessary in order to replenish stock and to avoid any confusion about what is owed to the organization etc.
Unless you are leaving the room briefly the air condition unit should be switched off. Also the hot water boiler should be switched off after bathing. We ask that you observe these rules so that we are able to continue to provide the Villa at such low prices. Thank you.
For your health and safety, this is only permitted in the front or back porch or in the grounds surrounding the property.
Breakages & Damage:
The customer would be required to pay for any breakages or damage that they cause.
No pets are allowed in any of our villas.
Whilst we provide 24 hour security, please note that vehicles parked on the premises are at the owners own risk and we accept no responsibility for any damage or theft from or of the vehicle.
Functions & Parties:
Please inform the manager on site if you intend to hold a party or a function.
All guests are required to check-in no earlier than 2pm on the first day of stay, and check-out no later than 12 noon on the last day of stay.
The Greater Accra region
