Beautiful and spacious fully furnished 4 bedroom villa with 3 living areas for rent. The rental can be on short term basis for holiday rental subject to a minimum stay of 5 nights or long term rental up to 6 months period.

Location - the property is situated in the much sought after Accra suburb of Spintex Road in an affluent residential community. The GPS/ Geo co-ordinates on google map is 5.647531, -0.088740

Facilities - multi channel tv, stereo system, aircondition in all the bedrooms and main living room,3 piece sofa suite, dinninjg suite, fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, blender, oven cooker. King size bed in each bedroom, hot water in all three bathroom plus a separate guest washroom.

Local amenities: banks, ,grocery shops restaurants, bar, nightclubs are all 5 to 10 minutes drive away mainly off the Spintex road. Accra Mall and the airport are a mere 20 minutes drive away either down the Spintex road and via the fast Tema motorway.

Transportation - the property is situated 10 minutes drive off the main Spintex road so a use of a vehicle is recommended especially for getting round at night.

Locational directions- From airport, turn down the Spintex Road off the Tetteh Quarshie roundabout and carry on down that road for about 5 miles to Cocacola roundabout. Bear to the right at that mini round about continuing down the Spintex road, past mobile filling station on right, Tema trade fair site on left and then turn left at main road Junction down 18 Junction. Carry on down this road for about a mile, go past Com 18 sign on right and about 200 yards you should see Com 18 Police station on left after this take next left down untarred road ( you will see Grace court Lodge and Unique Saloon sign boards). Follow the signs for Grace court Lodge and Unique Saloon by carrying on for 200 yards then take right turn and then immediate left turn onto tarred road named Flamboyant Avenue. Take the third turning on the right called Royal Palm road and then the left turning at T junction and then take the second turning on the left on to Duraja link. Go down to the end of the road then take the right turn, Akotaa Villas 1 is the second house (white house with red roofing tiles). If you get lost, ask anyone to direct you to Buggain School which is on Coriada Close and from there carry on down to the T junction and turn left onto Habiscus road and then take the next lft turn onto Duraja Link. Ghana has a strong reputation for being one of the friendliest countries in Africa, particularly in the capital Accra which is a hive of activity. The country offers the typical palm lined tropical beaches as well as areas of rainforest and plenty of remnants of a colonial past. Combining this with a long line of traditional African craft, art and culture makes Ghana a perfect country for tourists. Once part of the historic Ashanti culture, then conquered by the British during the colonial period Ghana seems to have emerged with a national identity that has only become stronger throughout the ages.

The climate in Ghana is typically tropical; the temperatures are hot and humid especially in the north. There are four distinct seasons with the two rainy seasons occurring between March to July and September to October with the former experiencing heavier precipitation. Other months are largely dry but slight rains can be experienced throughout the year.

Accra

The capital city Accra is one of Africa's most desirable destinations, the friendliness of the citizens is unparalleled making this city a perfect introduction to Africa. There are two main market places, each with a different specialty. The Kaneshie market on the west of the city sells mainly foods and spices and is a fantastic place to sample the local cuisine. On the other hand the central Makola Market is the place to head for souvenirs particularly beads, carvings or batik. Also worth seeing is the Arts Centre, which is the home of the best craft market in the country and is also packed with street performers and other entertainers. Accra is also famous for its nightlife, it hosts numerous bars and drinking spots but its real highlight is the dance clubs which fuse western dance music with traditional African dancing and music. Accra also has several good beaches within easy reach, the most convenient is Coco beach which is only a few miles from the city.

The other key destination in Ghana is Kumasi, this city was once the capital of the Ashanti kingdom and is a definite cultural centre. The main draw is the National Cultural Centre which is an enormous complex chronicling every aspect of Ashanti civilization. As well as the exhibits there is a library and an exhibition hall which offer visitors the opportunity to take workshops in traditional Ashanti dance or drumming. Also of note is the Manhyia Palace which despite its name is not as grandiose as Europeans come to expect. Other attractions include the zoo and the site of the famous Anokye Sword.

Accra

This is a quite middle to upper income professional neighbourhood which has easy access to nearby amenities off the Community 18 road or the Spintex road which are both 5 to 10 minutes drive away.
