Ideal for a group of friends, family gathering or a University reunion it is located only 1 mile from the Victorian seaside town of Aberystwyth and is set on a quiet private complex with a hot tub, large grounds and a playground.
There are many activities to be enjoyed in the area including great beaches, marina, walking, cycling, swimming , bird watching and indoor leisure facilities.
Spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with bi-folding doors opening out on to an outdoor seating area. The fully fitted kitchen includes an American style fridge freezer and also a seating area.
There is a separate conservatory dining room with seating for 8.
Downstairs bedroom includes twin beds and an en-suite bathroom / wet room that is disabled friendly.
Twin / Double bedroom with ceiling to floor windows allowing you to enjoy the Cambrian Range in the distance, large en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double and a single bed and a small North West facing balcony to enjoy the sunset, En-suite bathroom.
Private garden area to the front of the property that is fenced off and includes a garden bench.
There are large shared grounds on the complex that include Hot Tub, playground, and plenty of open spaces. There is also a shared BBQ.

A semi-detached luxury house that adjoins another property and is located on an old dairy farm and amongst a small collection of holiday properties on a complex that includes a hot tub. Aberystwyth itself with its seafront, shops, restaurants and bars is is 1.5 miles away
With its great beaches, pier and promenade Aberystwyth is an idyllic Victorian town. Constitution Hill is at one end of the beach and the view across Aberystwyth is well worth the walk to the top. Other towns nearby include Aberaeron that is 17 miles to the South and Aberdovey that is 29 miles to the North.
The area has one of the Premier Mounting Bike centres in the UK at Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre and there are plenty of beaches and other famous attractions and landmarks in every direction. Ynyslas R.S.P.B Nature reserve and dunes are a huge expanse and definitely worth a visit.
There are many walks to be enjoyed in the mountains and along the coast including the All Wales Coastal path. 0.4 Miles
Some of the best mountain biking in the UK can be found nearby at Nant yr Arian Mountain Biking Centre. It features the Continental Tyres Syfydrin Trail, one of the most scenic wilderness trails in the UK 12 miles.
There is excellent wild trout fishing in many local rivers and within the mountain lakes. Day tickets can be obtained from local fishing clubs.
There is excellent sea fishing all along the coast with a mixture of beach and rocky fishing marks. Charter boats can also be booked from Aberystwyth Marina. 1.5 miles
Nant yr Arian includes a Red kite feeding Centre while Ynyslas the R.S.P.B Nature reserve on the South side of the Dyfi estuary is worth a visit. 5 miles.
Some great beaches to choose form including Clarach, Borth and Aberystwyth are all nearby. 1.5 miles
Aberystwyth Golf Club – A lovely 18 hole golf course with great views. 1 mile
