Snowdonia welcomes visitors to a breathtaking natural environment, with Snowdonia National Park at its heart and much, much more. People have lived, worked and thrived on this Celtic land for more than 5000 years. Their legacy is a land which will fascinate the visitor with its rich opportunities for adventure, activity and discovery, its fascinating history and its ancient, musical language and culture.
Stabal y March Holiday Cottage is located on the grounds of a traditional, family run beef and sheep farm, situated one mile from the village of Abersoch and only 10 minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach - a perfect location for your holiday on the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales.
Abersoch, although small, is well supplied with numerous good eating places and shops. It also has a wonderful Blue Flag award winning sandy beach and hosts many national boating events each year. A mile away, the picturesque village of Llangian has a 6th Century Church.
The Lleyn Peninsula, where the Welsh language and way of life still flourish, is renowned for its beautiful beaches and water sport. With nearly 100 miles of stunning coastline, an array of hills of varying height inland plus the majestic mountains of Snowdonia on your doorstep, it’s also a great place to come for a walking holiday.
