The owners live approximately 100 metres away and are only too pleased to help with any special requests that would make your holiday that little extra special.
The cottage is well equipped with everything you could wish for as far as electrical appliances are concerned DVD's, C.D's to a Dishwasher, however we pride ourselves on our attention to detail for example foil and cling film are supplied in the kitchen, soap in the bathroom, board games and films in the lounge, etc.
The separate lounge and dining room generously gives space for different generations to enjoy the time to relax.

Toad Hall - sleeps 6
This large Victorian house boasts modern technology appliances integrated with the charm of the original features of the building. Three bedrooms: one double bedroom with king size antique pine bed and furnishings, colour TV, and original fireplace. One twin room with built in wardrobe, and a single bedroom with pull out bed to enable the cottage to sleep a max of 6 people. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

Accessed via shared driveway there is private parking for each cottage. The cottage has a garden.

Arrival time is 15.00hrs, normally on a Friday for Toad Hall.
Guests must vacate the property by 10.00am on morning of departure.
Towels are provided for Guests Travelling by Air. If you wish to travel light, you need little more than your clothes and toothbrush. Naturally all linen is supplied including dishtowels, however bathroom towels can be provided as an extra at £2.00 per person per week. A cot and high chair are available by prior arrangement. One well-behaved pet is allowed.

Highland Perthshire is an area of outstanding beauty for naturalist, walking and driving the many circular routes to Pitlochry, Dunkeld and further afield to Stirling, Trossochs, Cairngorms and the West Coast from this central location.
The Aberfeldy area
Aberfeldy is a Highland farm "toun" situated strategically on the route west and within a network of remarkable highland glens and lochs. Excellent shopping local events and other amenities give this thriving town a natural charm.
Visitor Centres of real interest abound such as the Crannog Centre where bronze age water fort life has been reconstructed with re-enactments and demonstrations. There are historic and specialist gardens, castles and collections to punctuate your stay with rest and relaxation as required.
