The first floor has one super-kingsize double (zip and link) with en-suite double body-jet shower, glass basin and WC; one double with en-suite steam shower cabin with foot massage, body jets, radio, basin and WC; one double with en-suite body-jet shower, basin and WC; one twin (zip and link) with en-suite double-ended bath, large shower cabinet, basin and WC. On the second floor you will find one family suite with super-kingsize double (zip and link) with a door to one single with cot bed and basin and en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC; one super-kingsize double (zip and link) with en-suite double-ended bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. The luxury kitchen has granite worktops, a range cooker, breakfast table (seats six), TV and sofa. There is a separate utility room. The dining room seats all and has an electric wine cooler, granite serving area and hot plate/food warmer. The sitting room seats nine and has an open fire. The entertainment room seats eight and has a TV, DVD, PlayStation 3 etc. The ground floor suite is wheelchair accessible and comprises one twin bedroom (zip and link), a wheelchair accessible wet room with shower, basin and WC and an open plan living area with small kitchen, dining table and comfy seating. NB: All zip and link bedrooms can be made up as twins or super-kingsize doubles by prior arrangement.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
