The detached family house is located at the western end of Aberdovey. It occupies an elevated, south facing position with extensive views across the Dovey estuary and Cardigan Bay,there is easy access to Aberdyfi's beautiful beaches. the house offers ideal accommodation for the holiday maker with children; provision is made to sleep up to nine in three bedrooms. Private parking for up to three cars. Large paved terrace with chairs and table

The house has 3 bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - 4 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table. Wash basin. Digital TV/DVD.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds, fitted cupboard, chest of drawers. Wash basin. Digital TV/DVD.

Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed, wardrobe - single room on

The bathroom includes - W.C., bath, wash basin, separate electric shower, heated towel radiator, fan heater.

The Kitchen - modern fitted kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for up to nine people provided. Electric under-floor heating.

There is also a Utility Room with lobby and separate toilet adjoining kitchen.

In the living Room:

Sofa and chairs to seat seven. Overlooking the estuary with patio door giving access to paved terrace. A digital television and DVD player are provided, in the dining room which is open plan with large table and chairs to seat 9. Views of the estuary. Child's high chair available. Electric under-floor heating.

Porch - Tiled floor and boot tray (for those soggy or sandy shoes)

Hall - Entrance hall with pay phone.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Duvets and pillows are provided but we ask that guests provide their own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.

The property is cleaned between lets which is an additional cost to the rental of £38.00.

This property is not suitable for wheelchair users and because of the elevated position there is quite a steep walk to the property, therefore a car is recommended.
