Whether you want a peaceful and relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of life or you want to explore some of the most breathtakingly beautiful scenery in Wales, we have just the place for you to stay.

We have fully refurbished our chalets to bring it to tip-top condition throughout. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. All the comforts of home but on a secluded hillside in West Wales in a delightful rural setting.

It's an ideal retreat where you can sit back and watch the wildlife or use it as a base for outdoor activities including sailing, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, walking or even surfing. The village of Aberdyfi, "The jewel in Cardigan Bay" is only a few minutes away with its shops, restaurants and sea front pubs. It's a very family friendly place with lots of organized activities throughout the summer months, but you if just want to get away from civilization for a while, its quiet sandy beach stretches four miles.

The recently opened Wales Coastal Path passes right through the village and provides sign posted walks in the hills along the coast while never going far from the sea side.

Aberdyfi is also an ideal place to explore towns and villages further afield. From its rail station you can travel south to Aberystwyth or on the scenic Cambrian line north to Barmouth, Harlech, Criccieth,Portmadog, Pwllheli and many other coastal stops.

If we have whetted your appetite, look on the booking page and see if we have a date free to suit you and then get in touch with us.

"Such a beautiful location"

The cottage is cute and spacious at once. Well equipped, clean and tranquil. Gary was very accommodating and the local town has a beautiful beach. Not a disappointment at all.

"A basic accommodation with very steep long driveway up a cliff."

The property had lovely views of the bay as it was high up towards the end of a very very steep windy road. It was clean with two bedrooms , one small double and two singles. The beds were quite comf… More

Road is a steep climb, Thats why you have spectacular views over the estuary. Large mirror in living room, Chairs for table are inside table (folding chairs ) Switch for hot water in airing cupboard bathroom. Water comes from spring up mountain. its checked by Gwynedd council and is safe to drink. there is a contact number in chalet in case of any problems. She never called . would have been so easy to rectify her problems.

"A 5*star disappointment"

Arrived at chalet expecting it to be cosy but was disappointed as it was so cold, had to put money in meter and switch on electric heaters. Log burner hadn't even been cleaned out before it was … More

Couple arrived at Chalet and started complaining they had to pay for electricity. It states in listing electric is supplied via £1 coin meter. Log burner was cleaned and made up ready to light. Plus one basket of wood for the initial fire. I pride myself on getting the fire ready for guests. As for car not necessary, you had a car! Don,t understand complaint. Car not necessary relates to very good public transport links to the Chalet Park. I dispute your claim bed linen not very clean. States in listing, bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee £25.00. You had not paid for bed linen and towels. Soap is not provided for bathroom only kitchen. There is a large mirror in lounge. Pictures of bed rooms clearly visible on listing. We don,t claim to be a 5 star hotel ,But our Chalets are clean and comfortable

"We will go back any time!!"

What a find!!!! We just booked it on the internet and we were so lucky to have found this little jewel. The chalet was all we needed in size, extremely clean and so cozy. The prize was very reasonable and you cannot get a better location. The natural beauty of the area is incredible. It was within easy reach of a few towns and numerous beaches, but tucked away in the woods. The owner was so prompt with all communication and meeting us at arrival. I truly hope we will be able to go there again soon!!!
