Kynaston Cottage is an end-terraced cottage in the seaside village of Aberdovey in North Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has two double bedrooms, one single and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and an electric log-burner effect fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a rear courtyard with outdoor furniture. Close to the beach, yet just a short drive from the mountains of Snowdonia, Kynaston Cottage is a superb holiday home no matter what activities you want to experience.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge,freezer, washer/dryer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars (one in front of cottage and one in yard opposite). Small rear courtyard with furniture, BBQ and tap for washing watersports equipment etc. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: The property is close to a local railway line which has approximately 2 trains per hour.
