Very well maintained garden grounds, with views onto quiet walled gardens from French windows. Access to ground floor apartment via three low level marble steps, external security access door, and very well maintained access hallway with attractive decor and lighting.
A short walk to Union Street, giving access to a wide range of shopping and entertainment.
Normally, guests pay £100 booking deposit, per week.
Full payment to be made8 weeks prior to your holiday.
We welcome short notice enquiries, where full payment is made prior to access.

The Aberdeenshire region
The North East of Scotland is host to the City of Aberdeen, Oil capital of Europe and busiest harbour in the UK. The climate tends to be dry, offering visitors a rich variety of activities, places to go, sights to see, and good city venues for shopping, culture and night life. Children will love this city, with parks and entertainments suited to all ages. Storybook Glen is a must for young ones, whilst older young ones will enjoy the Beach with all its attractions.
A variety of festivals and events take place in Aberdeen on a regular basis, for example national level groups at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, at HM Theatre and at the Music Hall and Lemon Tree. A major university town, the city is busy at all times, with many things to do, see and participate in. Queen Victoria spent much time in this area, and a trail following her favourite places is available, together with whisky trails, fishing and the Moray Coast, Stonehaven's picturesque harbour and the dark rocks of Dunottar, site of the filming of Hamlet. Or head north to Pennan where Local Hero was filmed, or to Cruden Bay, inspiration for the novel Dracula...!

Such a lovely holiday home. Very clean on arrival and all the rooms have been equipped to the best quality and with everything that you would need. Susie and David had great communication leading up to our stay, as well as during and after. Would highly recommend!

"Wonderful - photos do not do this apartment justice."
Lovely apartment. Clean, large, well equipped, powerful shower, comfy beds, feather duvets, just great. Lounge is luxurious with sun streaming through the window (whilst the rest of the UK had snow!) and huge corner sofa. We were staying for a course at the University, which was pleasant 30 min walk through town. Susie was brilliant - welcoming and flexible, accommodating delayed flights. Our colleagues staying at Jurys Inn were jealous!

"Ideal apartment and location!"
My husband and I and our children stayed at this apartment recently and we all loved it. For not much more than the price of a Premier Inn for 4 nights it was excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. There aren't many city apartments at which we stay, that are so comfortable and homely we don't mind staying in each night, but this was! There was parking space conveniently right outside the main entrance, and our apartment was on the ground floor which was helpful with luggage. The location was ideal for everything Aberdeen has to offer, with Union street within a 5-10 minute walk. The owner, Susie, was very helpful, and we all look forward to another stay in the future.

"Superb gem - home away from home"
A spacious ground floor apartment for all, especially handy for those with luggage or mobility access issue. Secure gated community, with easy car parking access. Susie the owner was superb! We arrived late in evening, and thankful there were snacks, drinks for teenagers and wine for adults, enough to replenish before heading back out in cold Spring evening for tea. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. We stayed for 3 nights.
Interior is very spacious, modern and clean. Good facilities, well equipped kitchen, and laundry. All set up for medium to long stay easily.
Well located within walking distance to city and supermarkets, if u choose not to drive.
We will definitely return to this apartment in future, and highly recommend it.
