A fabulous setting high above Aberdaron in a location to be relished - breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, wonderful views of the bay with its two tiny islets and rolling farmland. The small village of Aberdaron is minutes away - white washed cottages, pubs, cafes, shops. Visit the ancient church on the headland and enjoy the lovely sandy beach.  A spectacular view is a 2 minute upward walk away - Bardsey Island and the whole of the Lleyn Peninsula to the mountains of Snowdonia.

Shower Room near twin and double bedrooms with walk in shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. All on ground floor

Kitchen country style fitted units with gas cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, fridge/freezer in cupboard opposite bathroom Large pine table under window with window seat and chairs seating 6. Highchair. Washing machine and tumble dryer in green barn at side of house.

Sitting Room inglenook fireplace, large couch with tapestry cushions, 2 wing chairs, flatscreen tv with Sky, video, cd/cassette player. French doors leading into:

Conservatory with armchairs, tapestry cushions, wicker chair, table.

Fuel night storage heaters, fan heaters in bathroom inclusive May - September, £30 per week outside these dates. Starter pack of coal and logs supplied October - April.

Grounds medium size enclosed garden (please note toddlers must be supervised) on several levels with steps, patio, lawns, mature borders, garden furniture, barbecue & gas barbecue - breathtaking views.
