A barn door leads from the kitchen to the private courtyard. Outside: enclosed sun trap courtyard garden with raised fish pond (care must be taken with young children and pets), mature flower beds, decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking, bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach within 3 miles, pub and small shop in village approximately a 15 minute walk. Arrival: 3.30pm.
