Apartment Balconia is situated on the Edessa complex which is a small development in the Kapparis area of Protaras and has many facilities within a short walk, such as a supermarket, tavernas, restaurants, bars and the lovely "firemans beach," You will find that there is no need to leave the immediate area !
For visitors wishing to venture further afield the resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa are all a short drive away.
This apartment is in an enviable position with views from the balcony directly overlooking a local community swimming pool.

The Famagusta District

The apartment is situated in Kapparis and whilst having everything you will need locally, a short drive, bus or taxi ride will take you to the resorts of Pernera and Protaras .Along the way you will find numerous coves, harbours and golden sandy beaches, Ayia Triada being a particular favourite of the owners.
The fabulous Fig tree bay and Nissi beach are both only a short drive away.
A visit to Cape Grecko is a must . Situated in a national park this is an area of outstanding beauty.
Southern Cyprus has something to offer every visitor, whether it be lazing on the lovely beaches , trying out the watersports on offer, or sightseeing and shopping , you will never be stuck for something to do!


Protaras area

Protaras, as the major tourist area in Southern Cyprus, Has many shops, bars and restaurants with styles to suit every taste.
Pernera is quieter and more compact and slightly nearer to the complex . It has a wealth of facilities- restaurants , shops, banks and a water park suitable for younger children.
Paralimni is the main town, steeped in tradition it is well worth a visit to experience some local culture.


How to get there

Fly to Larnaca Airport - The apartment is a 45 minute drive from here.
Scheduled and Charter flights available from all the major airlines to this airport.
Either hire a car or take a taxi to the apartment . There are always local taxis available outside the airport.
An easy drive, remember in Cyprus you drive on the same side of the road as the U.K.
Full directions will be given prior to departure.
If necessary a transfer service can be arranged.

This new build apartment ( completed in October 2004), is furnished to a high standard and has many thoughtful " extras" not normally found in an apartment holiday.
There are two sunny, air- conditioned bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge area.The Kitchen is very well equipped if you prefer not to take advantage of the many restaurants in the area!
Situated on the first floor the apartment is located in one of the best positions on the complex and has lovely views from the balcony.

Located infront of the apartment is a lovely shared pool and children's pool with pool bar selling drinks, snacks and full meals.
Also infront of the complex is a mini golf and a small children's play area.
Or you may just prefer to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by !
