This Penthouse Apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac in Kapparis/Paralimni, yet only 10mins away from the local Restaurants, Bars, Shops and 'blue flag' EEC awarded beaches offering strictly controlled water sports. You can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea whilst you dine 'al-fresco' on it's spacious sunny balcony! This apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard.... in a tasteful modern contemporary style with lots of extra's to offer!!

Everything is within easy reach whether you wish to walk or drive. This apartment is also ideally located near North Cyprus of which you are freely allowed to cross the border and explore.

The Famagusta District

If you like to venture out a little, but stay closer to the apartment, then the main tourist resort in Paralmini 'Protarus' is a great all rounder for families and friends and only 10mins drive away from the apartment. It is a lively resort, especially so in the evenings, and offers something for everyone! It has a wide range of excellent restaurants offering all types of cuisine along with many bars offering varied entertainment to suit all ages and tastes. The Luna park with crazy golf (open during the day and into the evening) and amusement park is very popular with the younger ones and the older ones can enjoy a spot of bowling....if you're really brave, a 'Sling-Shot' ride!! If you fancy a bit of shopping, there are many to choose from, open late into the evening. Lastly but not least, the famous 'blue flagged' Fig Tree Bay with it's golden sandy beach and crystal blue waters offers many strictly controlled water-sport activities and boat trips to suit everyone during the day, as well as paragliding for the braver folk!

Ayia Napa boasts of having the biggest water-park in europe known as 'Water-World'. A truly great day out for all the family and friends. Right next to the park is the Go-Karting race tracks. The infamous 'Nissi-Beach', great for a spot of sunbathing and water sports, it's also well known for it's beach parties in the evening!

Talking of the evening, you must make a visit to the hugh Fair-Ground, great again for families and friends............why not go for a Sling-Shot ride and take the proof home on a video!
Ayia Napa is also well known as 'night-club' city, so if your not too tired from the events of the day, you can visit one of the many International restaurants and tavernas on offer (you'll be spoilt for choice) then finish the evening off with a good night out at one of the many bars and nightclubs.............all this and only 15mins away from the apartment!!

Closer to home is the smaller resort of Pernera offering a great choice of excellent restaurants and bars, equally can be said of Kapparis where great entertainment can be found as well as it's wonderful choice of cuisine, both very close by each other. So after a night in Ayia Napa or Protarus, these are great chill out areas on your way home!!

The apartment is surrounded by so much choice, it's hard to decide!!


Protaras area

Paralimni, the main town, offers a number of unspoilt, all year round, traditional cypriot tavernas, all well known for their delicious local cuisine, along with their wonderful cafes, churches, Festivals and numerous shops, including a Marks & Spencers, all centred around the main square in Paralimni town. If you really want a taste of Cyprus, go where the locals eat and socialise!

The area of Kapparis (10min walk)in Paralimni is less frenetic than the main tourist areas of Pernera (5min drive), Protarus (10mins) and Ayia Napa (15min drive) but offers a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes, bars, supermarkets and gift shops, as well as car/bike rental and travel/day trip agencies.
The nearest beach called the 'Firemans Beach' is only a short distance away from the apartment as well as 'Sirena Bay' in Pernera, the infamous 'Fig Tree Bay' in Protarus and 'Nissi Beach' in Ayia Napa are all nearby and all definitely worth a visit. Water sports and Paragliding are a big feature on the beaches(strictly controlled) between the months of March - October. Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, fishing and Boat trips are very popular and can be booked via any of the travel shops you see, and there are lots of them"!

The balcony area, partially fenced off for extra privacy, is well appointed and comes with a glass patio dining table and six chairs, parasol,sunloungers and clothes dryer but most of all ...............the sea views and sun, all day long!!

All the hoteliers in the area will allow you to use their swimming pools without any cost to you!

Conditions

It is a condition of the booking that Insurance is taken out by the hirer and their party against cancellation, personal accident (useful if you hire a car), personal possessions and medical cover, including the E111 form which you can obtain from your local post office.

1. A 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking must be paid accompanying a booking form to be found on this website:

2. The outstanding balance and a £125 for damage/loss/ non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return) must be paid 12 weeks before departure.

This is a no smoking apartment, although, smoking is allowed outside on the verandah/balcony.

Pets are not allowed.
