“Absolutely beautiful” Firstly I would like to say the whole process from booking to after was simply superb. Communication, helpfulness and informative through the booking process. The villa is absolutely beautiful. Don't think the pictures are taken with a wide lense camera because I can honestly say it was very spacious and very well laid out. The amenities are there in abundance. Location is in a nice quiet area, not far from beach and restaurants along with transport links. I can say I will be booking again without a doubt and can't wait to return.

“Home from home” Just returned from having two amazing weeks at this wonderful villa. There were 9 in a our party and there was ample room for all. We could not fault it in any way, it has everything you need both inside and out for a perfect stay. With just a short walk to the beach or a short ride on the bus you really do have everything to hand. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you Harry

“Superb Villa” All the facilities that you needed were provided and everything you wanted was close by as the the 'Main Strip' in Protaras was a mere 10 minute walk away. There was 2 small supermarkets that were only 5 minutes away where you could buy everything you needed (food). As you arrived there was a welcome hamper with all the necessities you needed for breakfast. Overall the Villa was a great place to stay with friends or family.

“A very welcome return!” This was my second stay at Sunset Apartment and I would like to hope not my last. Everything in the apartment is of such a high standard and the quality of fixtures and fittings and attention to detail ensures a first class stay. There were extra sunbeds and spare poolside umbrellas this year and again we had the pool to ourselves for the full 10 day stay! There are plenty of books and DVD's and 2 ipod docks so you can listen to music indoors or on the balcony and a great full length mirror to keep an eye on the progress of your tan. The information pack answers all of the questions you can think of and there were plenty of recommendations for excellent restaurants and bars (to watch the football) nearly all of which seemed to have free wi-fi. Roll on next September.

“Perfect choice” We had a great stay @ ISABELLE villa As it is our first visit to protaras Our choice was almost perfect. First Of all we had a great welcoming. Also The House was very clean and comfortable with extra bed sets and towels. The pool is big enough to swim and play Especially for kids. The location is good But the only inconvenient is that you need A car if you have kids or if you don't like To walk. We had twice a barbecue lunch and it was really Delicious. “Ideal Location. Well Presented, Clean & Comfortable. Great Facilities.” From booking Villa to getting picked up for journey home we could have no complaints. This villa has all the facilities you could ask for and a management company on hand should you have any problems (I doubt). The villa is situated in an ideal location between Penera / Protaras & Aiya Napa should the nightlife be your theme. A short walk from the villa takes you to the local bus stop and buses run to all locations for a very small fee. The pool is well maintained and over the two week stay it was cleaned and checked a number of times. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Plenty of Seating/Lounges/Parasols also. I stayed here in sweltering 40 plus conditions and the villa has air conditioning that takes the sting out of the outdoor heat. The villa is situated in a dead end with very little traffic. Ice Cream Man pops in most days for the kids... Other villas in the close are for rent at substantial additional cost. Villa Caleri ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and hassle free stay. The transfer service offered through the owner is excellent. Air conditioned and professional at a very reasonable price. Overall well worth the stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks

“Blue Electra B103” Enjoyed our 2nd visit, most things we needed was there but No BBQ.The carab tree that is in downstairs garden has grown so much since April is now blocking our sunlight on the balcony. Needs attention.

“Excellent Villa” This villa is lovely, it is clean - tidy and spacious. There are no properties overlooking the outside space. The pool is a decent size and there is plenty of room for sunbathing and a private area to eat outside. The villa is in a great location, restaurants and bars are within walking distance and there is also a beach and small harbor with a lovely church a short walk away. If you hire a car there are many lovely places/beaches to visit - I would recommend Cape Greco (if you head for the picnic area, there are steps that go directly into crystal clear water which is great for snorkeling. Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay are both lovely beaches. I have used this site many times and Mr C is by far the most efficient and helpful owner, he also provided lots of useful information. I will definitely book this villa again when I next return to Cyprus.

“Lovely villa, highly recommended” We had a fantastic time at your villa. It was very well equipped, with everything we needed, and much better than we expected. The villa is in a lovely area,and although a little further out than we thought, the bus stop was just round the corner.The transfers were great, Ray and Karen (your management team) are lovely people, that cant do enough for you. We would recommend your villa to everyone. We hope to be back soon. A pleasure to deal with, the whole process was made so easy.

“Great villa” Great villa in good location . Car was an added bonus .Nicos was a fantastic host nothing too much trouble always available to answer any queries .The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and the fresh meal delivered personally by Nicos mid stay was delicious.Will definitely be staying at one of Nicos villa on our next visit.
