“Peaceful week in the sun” Spent a lovely week at this very peaceful apartment. The whole complex is very well looked after and the swimming pool is larger than average and we often had it to ourselves. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The use of the barbecue was lovely for the evenings we didn't go out.There were a good selection of restaurants in Polis to choose from but a good 10-15 minute walk to the centre.

“Absolutely wonderful” This is a very well looked after villa and the owners have thought of everything. It is great for just chilling around the pool or walking into Polis for the restaurants which there are quite a few very well priced ones. The rooms were lovely and cosy and everything matched they really have gone into a lot of careful planning and the end result is just great. Can't wait to go back very soon and I will be definitely recommending this villa to all my friends. Thanks again to the lovely owners

“Beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Polis” We had a marvellous stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and modern and more than met all our needs. “Wonderful once again!” Bungalow #4 at Arsinoe Beach Village has been a wonderful "hub" for our family's summer break! This was our second time there. Once again thoroughly enjoyed it's amazing location right on the beach, and conveniently located within walking distance from Latchi Marina's amenities. Our girls LOVED the garden and couldn't get enough if it! New furniture and curtains are a nice upgrade. The welcome pack (wine and loukkoumi) was such a nice gesture too! Thank you Noni for all your kind assistance :) See you next year little beach house!

“Little slice of heaven” I was travelling to Cyprus for a family wedding and happened to find this villa tucked away in the heart of Simou. The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice, it was immaculate inside and out. Katerina gave us detailed instructions on how to find the villa, (you WILL need a car), met us on arrival and even gave us a pushchair to use for the baby! There was a welcome hamper left out for us. The pool was clean and so refreshing, it was one of the highlights, another being the stunning view. The freshly handpicked, still warm from the sun, oranges were something else. I can't recommend this villa highly enough, will definitely be coming back! A few tips would be to stock up with foodstuffs on the way to the villa as once you arrive you'll be loathe to leave, and stay for 2 weeks not 1!!

“Fantastic apartment” This is a really fantastic apartment. It is spacious, very modern and very well-equipped with everything you could need. There are three balconies and a roof terrace. We only used the main balcony off the lounge. It has a lovely view with the sea in the distance - and lovely sunsets in the evening. The apartment is out of town and so is very quiet and peaceful. This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever rented. For people like us, who hate big hotel complexes, Polis is an ideal resort. It is small but there are quite a few (excellent) restaurants around the main square (15 minute walk from apartment). We ate extremely well there every evening. Polis beach (a 20 minute, very pleasant walk from the apartment) is pretty (surrounded by trees), and nice and quiet (in June, at any rate). There is a good café there for a drink and lunch. While it is mainly sandy, there are pebbles getting in and out of the sea and so I would recommend jelly shoes (at least, for an elderly couple like us).
