“Great villa” Stayed for 10 nights in this fabulous villa. Everything you need. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds too. Had the pool heated which was great. Close to very good restaurants, we preferred the ones a five minute walk up the road to the ones in the main part of Playa Blanca. Good local bars too, especially for a cocktail. It was perfect for us.

“Wonderful Holiday” We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aroca. The villa has everything you will need for your stay, the pool area is first class, we had trouble getting the girls out of the pool. Faro park is a walk away, about twenty minutes. We would recommend heading down to the bakery every morning for cakes and croissants. We had a problem with our hire car, do not book through Gold Car but to be honest getting around is really easy. If you are a family getting a cab is as cheap as going on the bus. They will pick you up from the villa and take you to Playa blanca, which is only a few minutes away. They drop you at the taxi rank so getting back is never a problem. We would recommend eating out at, Little India, just off the sea front, Isla Bonita and Camel. Make sure you do the short tour visit to the volcano national park, it is well worth it!! Thanks Lauren, we had a great holiday and we will be coming back. We have fallen in love with Lanzarote. Really important though, it can get a little chilly in the evening so take something to cover your arms.

“Perfect Villa and great hosts” We stayed here in July with our 2 teenagers. The villa was spotless and as we arrived after 9pm it was lovely to find the lights on and and mike and Ann waiting to show us round and had a chilled bottle of bubbly and welcome pack. The pool was clean and clear every day and due to the location it was so peaceful. Local shops just a couple of minuites walk and the villa is really well equipped. Would we come back? In a flash! “Lovely Villa - book it!” Stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it! The owner was really helpful from the outset, offering plenty of advice and we loved all the recommendations for local cuisine, especially Sebastyans! The villa was ideal for us - clean and spacious with everything and more needed to make it feel a real home from home. Would happily recommend this villa - and the pool too!

“Amazing villa!” Just stayed for a week with our two children aged 13 and 10 in Villa Sara and we were so impressed. The villa was spacious, clean and tidy. The pool and garden was great with the added bonus of a pool table which the kids loved. Great location as only a 15-20 min walk into Playa Blanca or a 4 euro taxi ride. Overall great value for money and we will definitely be back. Thank you

“exceeded expectations” The villa is 5 star - all the furnishings are new and both the inside and the pool areas were spotless - the owners have thought of everything to make the villa a place to chill out and relax - Joanne the owner is professional and easy to deal with - it is in a quiet area but only a short walk into the town - there are many thoughtful little extras provided - hopefully we will be visiting again

“Outstanding” We took some winter sun with all our family totaling 8 adults. The villa was spacious and had all that a home from home would need. The location was superb for a relaxing holiday. It is a 30 min walk (flat) to the main resort which had numerous good value bars and restaurants. We have stayed in many villa over the years (17 in Portugal) and this one compares to some of the best we have stayed in. We found Julie a pleasure to work with and she also gave us some very useful information about the resort. This was our first time in the canary island and we will definitely be back in the future, hopefully to this great villa again.

“A wonderful holiday.” I stayed here as a party of 5 on a girls holiday. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack of cheese, ham, bread, biscuits , wine and beer. A nice touch and we were grateful to sit down and have a quick bite before getting a big shop in. Accommodation was perfect. We each took a room including using the sofa bed as a room. Worked out well. Kitchen had everything you'd need and is even more spacious than the photos would have you believe. Bedrooms are clean and all nicely laid out with plenty of room for clothes etc. Pool was perfect and ideal for families. Lots of pool toys in a covered container and buckets and spades, table tennis and a small putting green. Location is outside of town and a good 25-30 min walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. Taxi 3-4 Euro back. Large supermarket opposite the bus station is fully stocked and by far the best place for a big shop. Owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to my queries. Cons: we had some very heavy rainfall while we were staying at villa and when rain came at a certain angle it literally poured into the sofa bed room through a damaged seal window. We used buckets, towels and mops to control it. Agent said this was normal as it comes through the air vents. There was also similar issue in master bedroom but not as bad. This room and bed sheets felt a bit damp. I guess as a result of this occurring frequently over winter months. Agent left a couple of bottles of wine for the inconvenience and replaced towels. I guess this dries over the summer months. Overall however I would highly recommend and would consider returning with my family in the future. It's quiet, secure, private, clean and well equipped.

“Fantastic stay” The location is exactly as described, 20mins to the centre in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. The villa was excellent, spacious and fitted with everything you could want. The pool area was especially large, as was the pool itself. Will definitely be coming back

“Beautiful and secluded” Just back from probably the wettest week in Lanzatote history! However that didn’t detract from what it could have been. The villa is well appointed, with reverse air con (coin meter) which came in very handy when it was chilly. There’s also more boxed sets on the tv than you could watch in a lifetime, very handy when the weather is poor. Everything you could think you want is there, even a torch and hot water bottle! The pool and garden are delightful and the sunbathing terrace by the patio doors is completely secluded. This also offers an amount of shade should you need it. Pool towels are supplied which helps reduce packing, another plus! The garden is lit at night, perfect for evening drinks or bbq by the pool. The lovely owners, Alan and Hazel, were staying next door and were on hand for any issues. These for us were purely rain induced (and only due to the unprecedented amount that fell in one go) but were dealt with without qualms or delay. They also helped on our last day by looking after our luggage while we spent time in town. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and these owners, in fact we are going back in November to see what winter sun is really like!

“Excellent villa, great holiday!” Amazing villa, very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Nice quiet location, easy 15-20 minute walk to beach front with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Fantastic outside area, bigger than expected, very well designed, private and sheltered, great pool (which was cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay) lovely garden and good seating areas. Arrived late and appreciated welcome pack provided. Useful information provided in villa and helpful correspondence from David and Margaret. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

“Home from home” We had a wonderful stay in Casita Francesca and felt at home straight away. Really comfortable in a great location. The welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived late. “Fabulous villa” ( Review by Bella) We stayed at this beautiful villa from the 6th of June for 7 nights. Was fabulous!! Anne & Dave could not have been more lovely. They live at the back of the villa so it’s very reassuring to know there’s help at hand if needed. The villa it’s self was absolutely spotless, a home from home and had everything we needed. The heated pool was fab! The children had such fun together especially with the big box of pool accessories round the back. Barbecue area was lovely and shaded to relax and eat away from the heat. I received a lovely bottle of fizz and a birthday card on my birthday which was extremely kind of them. I felt very safe at this villa which is a massive deal to me as I have 3 children aged 17,12 & 4 and don’t usually sleep when we’re away but we all slept really well and felt secure. The villa is literally a 5 min walk from Rubicon marina which is absolutely stunning!! Lots of beautiful restaurants to enjoy and a big market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Evening cocktails overlooking the marina was amazing! Just before you get to the marina there is an indoor shopping precinct which has a supermarket and cash machine. There is also a little indoor play area for children and a bowling alley which was good fun for all the family. If you take a right by the marina you can walk right along the coast passing beautiful beaches on the way and ending up in the main town. Lots of lovely shops as well as the usual tourist ones as well as more restaurants. Overall this was such a beautiful holiday for us and we were so gutted to leave. We wished we’d of stayed for longer the minute we got there. We can not wait to return hopefully next year but obviously stay for longer as there’s so much more we would like to do. “Beautiful clean comfortable relaxing villa” We had an amazing family holiday here in July . The outside pool are was spacious & comfortable nice garden clean pool . The bedrooms were clean & comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges , cooker etc crockery , utensils everything you need , utility room with washing machine., excellent wifi & tv & very comfortable living room . A home from home . There were 7 of us including a 12year old & a toddler & we all had ample space to do our own thing if we wanted The host was fabulous with communication & always relied promptly & is extremely helpful & we had no complaints whatsoever we all really loved this villa

“Perfection on the doorstep...” The villa was immaculate, everything we could have wished for. It is the perfect location to the beach front and extremely close to all amenities along with great views within gorgeous landscaped gardens. The freshness and cleanliness as we walked in to the villa was rewarding as was the friendliness of the staff on reception and the garden maintenance & cleaning teams. The whole villa was comfortable with everything having been thought about and with the ease of working the appliances. Home from home! The communal pool was very close to the property and maintained to perfection. There is a Spar supermarket within a couple of minutes walk to the villa however a small shop is located on the complex premises for necessities such as water... Restaurants are within a five minute walk to the promenade. For us, this was the perfect villa and place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

“Wonderful villa, perfect location, top class hostess!” We've just returned from a brilliant holiday in Lanzarote and a wonderful stay in Villa Java, Playa Blanca. This villa is just beautiful, exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures. Eva the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. Upon our arrival late on a Friday evening she met us there and gave us lots of advice, hints and information about the local area. The villa is in a perfect location. There's a supermarket just at the end of the street, and the promenade is a few minutes walk away. Once on the prom, if you turn left you will find a small shopping centre with bars and restaurants - I highly recommend Carpe Diem, fabulous food, service and prices. Once past this shopping area you are 15 minutes walk over a gravelly path that takes you to the breathtaking beaches of Papagayo. The views from the top of the hill before you descend to the beach are simply stunning. Back on the prom, if you turn right 10mins walk will take you into the Marina Rubicon, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Great market there every Wednesday and Saturday, well worth a visit - some bars lay on musical entertainment to lure in the thirsty crowds and there is a great atmosphere. A further 20mins down the prom you will reach Playa Blanca and the harbour. You will be spoilt for choice with all the restaurants, bars and shops. There is a real hustle and bustle down here, my teenage girls loved it, but my husband and I much preferred the Marina Rubicon where life was at a much more relaxed pace! A great holiday, topped by having such fantastic accommodation, Eva has really gone out of her way to ensure anyone staying in her villa has everything they need, from all mod cons, beach towels, a few throws for those cooler evenings sitting outside and that wonderful master bedroom with the statement 4 poster bed - just wow. 10 out of 10 for this beautiful villa made even more special by the close personal attention from Eva. Hope to come back soon!

“Great holiday in well maintained villa” We were impressed by the villa- it was the 3rd we have stayed in at the Las Brisas complex and by far the best. It has benefitted from an upgrade- the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms are finished well, the bedrooms have ample storage space and the terrace is large, sunny and in a quiet area, but still very close to the pool etc. Only negative is the double bed could have been better,but overall very pleased and we have re-booked. We choose Las Brisas over its expensive alternatives like Yaiza because the pool is large and always warm, it is perfect for kids, and there is always a lifeguard. Location is fantastic too, 5 minutes to restaurants and a beach, and with a shop, good bar and play area on site what more could you need?

“Excellent villa” Just got back last night and I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to this time. The villa has everything you could want and spotlessly clean. The hairdryer broke on me whilst there and the lovely owner came by the next day with a brand new replacement for me to use. You couldn't ask for better communication and I recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Playa Blanca to stay in this villa you wont be disappointed.
