Green Bay at Pizzo Beach Club
Perfect holidays

The place offers great conditions to have real rest in beautiful and tranquil surrounding. The apartments are fully and luxuriously equipped, comfortable even for two generation family stay, great both for elders and children. The property sinks in a garden with millions of colorful flowers and picturesque trees. Two large swimming pools, and playground were children's favorites. The very short walk to the beach through pine forest, full of aroma therapy scents in the air is an absolute pleasure. Spacy, empty beaches, crystal clear and warm see water for those who prefer to stay closer to the nature. Blue Bay at Pizzo Beach Club
Just love the place!!!

We stay at Blue Bay at Pizzo Beach Club from October 10 to 14 we like it so much we extended it an extra day to bad our agenda did not permitted to stay any more. Brand new safe gated resort, The apart is spick and span clean, we had a nice welcome basket at our arrival nice touch. We stay in the one bedroom at ground level with a full kitchen, modern bath room, nice patio, charming 10 minutes walk through the wood to get to the endless beach. Pizzo Beach Club
Beautifully relaxing

We have just returned from a very relaxing 2 week stay at Pizzo Beach. We travelled with our 3 children ( aged16,14 and 10) and all had a great time. The location is easy to reach from the airport - just 15 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday from DVDs and books to tennis raquets and table tennis bats. There are 2 pools - the one by the on-site restaurant has a water slide which the kids liked and the one nearer the apartment is very quiet and a relaxing place to be. Both are immaculately kept. The gym was well-used by our son and the table-tennis provided great evening entertainment. We ate in a few times and the kitchen is well equiped so this was easy but there are about 6 restaurants within 5 minutes drive offering good food. We also ate in Pizzo in the evening which is about 10 minutes further away. Really great place to stay. … see more
FULLY AIR CONDITIONED 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT NEAR TO LARGE SWIMMING POOL (APT 174g)
Excellent apartment, beautiful complex - bellissimo!

This is a fantastic apartment. Clean, well kept and with air conditioning in the front room and the bedroom, a big comfy bed with plenty of clean linen, a pull out sofa in the front room (also comfy!), well equipped kitchen and a TV with DVD player. It also has a lovely patio, where we spent many evenings relaxing and drinking local wine. The complex is lovely - there's a choice of two big, beautiful pools with plenty of sunbeds. The bar / restaurant is pretty good, we ate there one night and the food was really good, although the wine a little more expensive than in local shops/Pizzo town. The walk to the beach through the eucalyptus forest was beautiful, and the shade welcome after sitting in the sun. The beach itself is stunning, again there are plenty of sunbeds here too, the sea was clear and the beach free of rubbish. There's plenty of space either side of Pizzo beach club so you don't feel like you're sharing the beach with the Club Med folks or anything like that. Pizzo is a fantastic little town, full of character and a great place to visit. There's not a lot of English spoken there, but we got by fine (bring a phrase book!) and the food was great. Make sure you eat at least one tartufo. I'd recommend hiring a car, as cabs to and from the airport (10 minutes away), Pizzo (again about 10 minutes away) and supermarkets etc can mount up. It's a pretty part of Italy full of mountains and orchards, and you'd no doubt get the benefit of driving yourself - we'll be doing this next time. Sheila (the owner) was very helpful with our booking, and organised a pickup from the airport/key collection that was really helpful and made getting settled really easy. We visited in the second week of September, and had some really hot days and a bit of rain. Fortunately the apartment was so nice and well provisioned that even the rain didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. Really, we were blown away with the apartment. It surpassed our expectations and we're hoping to return next year. … see more

Comfortable, convenient, no fuss getaway.

Short drive from airport, easy to find and 5 minutes from lovely beach, quiet in June. Had great fun beach combing, lots of drift wood. Great Ice Cream on your door step. Short drive to very quaint old town with good choice of restaurants and very typical Italian atmosphere. Winding cobbled streets and old stone buildings adorned with flowers and religious artifacts everywhere. Good shoping, with large supermarket in the main town and a great market, full of bargains.
