There are seating areas outside each apartment as well as by the BBQs and beside the river
The leat (the mill stream) gently flows through the mill gardens
In spring, flowers can form beautiful carpets around the mill
High summer and flowers surround the mill
In autumn, the leaves are great fun - and we have loads of them
Winter frosts turn the mill into a sparkling wonderland
Total tranquility - most of the time, all you can hear is the sound of the river and birdsong
If you're lucky, you might see a kingfisher darting down the river
Butterflies play in the mill gardens
In spring, the woods fill with bluebells
Gardens run right around the mill. You can walk to the next county without leaving the mill grounds
Even grown-ups like paddling in the river
The woodland trail rises up the valley side and into the trees
You can't see another house from the mill, just woodland and meadows
