“Charming apartment, Great Neighborhood” I just returned from my stay and wish I could return. This apartment has everything you could need. The charming furnishings show Priscilla's love of this place. It doesn't feel like a generic rental apartment. Everything you could possibly need is withing walking distance; restaurants, markets and the wonderful patisserie right next door with an incredible array of sweets and breads. The neighbors in this community are friendly and helpful and always said hello or stopped to chat. The sites of Paris are a short metro or taxi ride and it was wonderful to be able to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas to return to a peaceful sanctuary. On my next trip to Paris, I will definitely be checking availability here first. You won't be disappointed.

“Our wonderful stay in Paris” Our stay in Paris was made all the better for the excellent accommodation provided by Michelle and her husband in their property Studio Seine d'Orsay. They went out of their way to make our holiday perfect, the unit was just what we were after and very close to all the great sites in Paris. They even went out of their way to pick us up on the last day and kept our bags at their home as we had a late flight out of Charles de Gaulle airport. Can't wait to return, thank you so much.

“Our first visit to Paris” This review is written not to critique but to enlighten as you prepare for your visit to Paris. My wife and I stayed at this location 8/28/13 - 8/31/13. What we found was the following: 1. Michelle greeted us with the hospitality of coming into someone's home. She had water, juice, fruit and a bottle of wine. Her assistance with questions was excellent. WiFi and phone worked great. 2. The unit was clean. It is well located and appears to be a safe area. 3. If you are not using Euros do not count on exact amount of your currency coming back to you as values change. I lost $ 24.97 in us dollars when deposit was returned. 4. Do not count on washer/dryer combo as a selling point. Does not perform that well. 5. Loft area is small, used like a crawl space. Small steps leading up to area. 6. Overall unit is small. Windows are used for ventilation. 7. 36 stairs to unit from street some of which are in a spiral fashion and small. Very hard with any luggage. 8. Unit is above a bar. 1st night noise improved at 1 am, 2nd night at 3 am, 3rd night at 2:30 am. If you enjoy nightlife this is the place. 9. You are convenient to metro. 10. We used a restaurant across the main street as there are many in area. Shop them for best pricing.

“Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location” This was our fourth trip to Paris. This time, we have spent 6 days and this apartment was the best choice we ever made. We had a such fantastic time. The location is fabulous: so close to a Metro station and very walkable. The neighborhood is great, with nice proximity to all the specialty shops you expect... everything at 1 minute walk : groceries, cheese and fruits stores, bakeries, wine store etc.. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious for Paris. It is also very quiet, which was important for us coming back to the apartment after a long day of exploring. The windows are terrific and add great light to the room and airflow for sleeping. The large kitchen and the 2 bathrooms are well appointed including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.. The courtyard is charming and very flowery. The owner is extremely nice and really helpful. He gave us suggestion on place to eat, where to get groceries. The important thing : from the apartment, which is central, you can easily walk to so many places! We can recommend this location to everyone.
