“Great place to stay” Spent a week in this villa, arrived 14th September, and could not fault a thing. Villa was very clean, tidy and spacious, plenty of room for the 5 of us (all adults) who stayed there. The complex is a little bit away from Paphos harbour area but only a five minute walk to the bus stop and only 1.50 euros each way (think it was around 12 euros one way in a taxi). Communication with Paul the owner was excellent and very informative. Kettle didn't work when we arrived and a new one was delivered the next day. The complex was fairly quiet at that time of year which was fine as we mostly had the pool to ourselves the days we didn't go out. Highly recommend the full day boat trip on the Wave Dancer, entertainment and food was the best I have ever experienced on a boat trip anywhere. Corallia beach is a bus ride away, a little bit further than Coral Bay beach but well worth spending the day there (although only a very basic shop there but enough for a day on the beach). Meze at the Coral King restaurant in Coral Bay was amazing, we weren't fit to move after!!. Chloe's Chinese restaurant on Tomb of Kings Road (near Lidl) was definitely worth a visit too and a night out in Bar Street (Harbour area) is a must. “haven of relaxation” the service you get from George the owner and his wife Maria is excellent with nothing too much trouble.The property is clean spacious and quite.It is within easy reach(5 min walk to shops and bars in Coral Bay and to local beaches and watersports etc if you want more action and night life) of local amenities.Great road links to rest of island including Paphos and local airport.The location allows you to choose the type of holiday you want and will cater for all the family or couples alike. I always come away relaxed and destressed and can not wait to return again next year.

“Perfect location, only half a mile from the main road to North or South of Paphos District” Spotless villa's, everything you'll need, owner 30 seconds away if needed. Coming June this year wil be 12 times in 10 years. I think that says what we think about them.

“Brilliant holiday” We go to Cyprus every year and this is by far one of the best villas we have stayed in. Location cleanliness views all amazing. Simos the owner was there to great us even came to meet us as we went up the wrong road. He is such a nice man. Very friendly and is always on hand should you need anything. We are going back next year. I would recommend highly. Far away enough for peace and quiet in the day and close enough to restaurants and bars in coral bay. Thank you simos see you next year

“Fantastic Apartment in Limnaria Villas” Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Limnaria Villas. The apartment was absolutely fantastic – ample space, very well-equipped and a perfect location. The pool and surrounding areas were all spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained and we were also very much taken with the warmth and hospitality of the local people, something which you rarely see at ‘mainstream’ holiday destinations. Thank you too for all your help and unfailing patience with arranging the booking; you made the whole process a pleasure rather than a chore. For families we would particularly recommend the water-park and Pirate Cruise. The water park is very bright and clean and, although not huge, had a good variety of attractions which will easily amuse the family for a whole day. Not cheap at around 90 euros for a family of four, but worth while. Also excellent was the Pirate cruise. We did the afternoon trip although evenings are also available. The 'pirates' were wonderful - the fun didn't stop from the moment we got on and they were hugely enthusiastic for the entire trip. There were supervised craft activities and games, musical entertainment and of course the chance to walk the plank (with life-jackets, if needed!). We will certainly recommend your properties to any friends thinking of visiting Cyprus, and hope to visit again ourselves in the future.

“Fabulous ... didn't want to leave!” Stayed at Villa Alexia 10th – 17th October 2012. On arrival we were greeted by Bill who, along with his Wife Kathy, look after the villa for the UK owners. Bill and Kathy are a fab couple and always on hand to assist in any way they can. LOCATION: Easy 15 minutes’ drive from Paphos airport. The villa is located in a well maintained, residential area; about 2 minutes’ drive to Secret Valley Golf Club/ 5 minutes’ drive to Aphrodite Hills Golf Club/Aphrodite Hills village square (with nice restaurants) and just minutes from Aphrodite’s Rock. Approx. 15 minutes’ drive to Paphos centre/Kato Paphos. Note: Car hire is essential but roads are very easy and well signed - so no problem at all (it’s just like driving in the UK). VILLA ALEXIA: Excellent! INSIDE it is clean, spacious and modern – well designed open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space to the ground floor which works brilliantly. Air con is great. Sky TV and a vast selection of DVD’s (for children and adults). Great selection of books to borrow on the first floor – we took our own books and left them when finished to add to the collection. We enjoyed the sea view from the first floor master bedroom balcony. OUTSIDE: Lovely private large garden (villas are adjacent but Alexia remains private), pool was good size too. We enjoyed lunches on the patio/terrace. BBQ available. The whole outside space is a great sun trap, literally all day! (but plenty of shade when you want it). Tip: A fabulous ice cream van stops on the road across from the villa every afternoon about 2.30pm! Large Supermarket 5 minutes’ drive away (on the way to Pissouri) with petrol station across the road. Lovely selection of fresh veg and breads. We did a ‘big shop’ on arrival and just topped up when needed (normally to replenish wine!). OUT AND ABOUT: We enjoyed a lovely meal at Gabriels in Kouklia; lovely relaxed atmosphere with great food and drink – excellent value at 40 Euro including food/wine/beer and some local tipple which was amazingly strong! Kouklia, just 5 minutes’ drive away, is a sweet little village having just a couple of shops, small supermarket, church and handful of eateries. We loved also the Fish and Chip shop in Mandria (it’s not to be missed; portions are huge and the fish is the best ever! Take Away available too.) Mandria is also only just down the road, again small village with just a handful of shops and eateries, and a beach – a little more commercialised than Kouklia, but nice. We ate also at the Italian restaurant at Aphrodite Hills Village Square – slightly more expensive but lovely outdoor setting and food was beautiful. Upstairs bar is good afterwards for drinks. We enjoyed afternoon at Pissouri too – this is about 15 minutes’ drive up a steep hill (view back down the hill is great) the village itself has lots of winding streets filled with nice traditional restaurants, pubs, little bars. We followed signs for Pissouri beach and it turned out to be a good 10 minutes’ drive away from the village! This was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved it. We are so glad that we stayed at Villa Alexia as it made our holiday everything we wanted it to be. Only one negative …. we only booked the villa for one week - which just wasn’t enough!! From the point we booked with the owners (Ellie and Ian) we had excellent communication via email and any questions we had prior to arriving were answered immediately by either Ellie or Kathy. Superb, friendly service from all! We had a good walk around the lovely estate one afternoon to have a nosey at other villas and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLA ALEXIA. If you book any other villa on Secret Valley in this price bracket – we feel you will be missing out!

“Perfect ❤️” I have just returned from a lovely week in sunny Cyprus with my boyfriend & 3 year old son. I can’t not recommend this villa enough & have been telling friends and family how amazing our villa/holiday was. Dave the owner arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport to make sure we arrived safe & sound to his villa. The villa is spotless and very modern it’s fully equipped with everything from irons & hairdryers, dishwasher and washing machine. If the is anything you need you will find it in the cupboards I was also impressed with the small details like plastic cups and straws for the kids. The outside area is amazing and the sun is always shining on the pool so nice warm water. My boyfriend was very impressed with the big bbq & we had bbqs most day sitting by the outside table and chairs which is in the shade and was perfect for me. The view from the outside is picturesque. The villa is located just 5/10 min walk from the high street which has loads of restaurants & bars, we tried many and never had a bad meal while staying in coral bay. We will definitely be trying the other restaurants on our next trip to Dave’s villa. The is also a travel company that you can book day trips for boats trips and water parks at the top of the hill and a bank if you need it, the bus stop is really handy with buses every 5-10 mins into Paphos town which is only a 15 min drive away. The beach is gorgeous in coral bay and again only a short walk if you continue walking after you get to the main entrance you will find a much quieter area of beach which is perfect for small children. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful before during and after our stay. Answered all my questions and text throughout the week to make sure we was happy and ok & got back to London safe and sound. I can’t wait to go back & im sure after staying here you’d feel the same Thank you Dave X

“Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Close to restaurants etc"” The whole experience was a good one. Booked the holiday on New Year's Day when we fancied some sunshine to look forward to. The owner responded straight away and communicated with us to make the booking easy. The villa was beautiful...clean,well presented and v well equipped. The on site service was second to none. They even helped us sort out our wi fi which as everyone knows is not always easy! Kids loved the pool. We could sit in the sun or in the shaded areas sipping our ouzos. Really good relaxing time. Minus point was that the taxi driver we had booked didn't turn up at the airport and the one who took us back tried to charge us 20 euros more than he estimated....otherwise a really great week.

“A really great place to stay in Paphos” We brought our daughter and her family (six of us in total) out for a holiday in Cyprus and stayed in this apartment. The place was really great ... clean and tidy and spacious and in very good condition compared to some other holiday apartments we've stayed in and the cost was very reasonable The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was kept clean along with the poolside area. We had a minor issue on arrival being unable to get any english TV but a quick call to the really nice, helpful owners of the apartment and all was explained and sorted immediately. Without doubt we'll be back to Paphos and when we do this will be our first choice of apartment to stay in.

“good location for exploring” Stayed at Thalia Villa in Coral Bay, it was a spacious villa with everything you need. The pool was a great size and a great Gazebo to relax in at night. The location was the best Ive stayed in, just walked around to restaurants and Bars and chilled. It can get noisy at night with bars playing live music, but then you are on Holiday. If you prefer to explore the area to the south its a great location. The management team are very helpful and will listen to all your querys. I would recommend this Villa.
