“Padstows perfect home from home” perfect position short walk from harbour, gorgeous property with pretty furnishing all home comfort's. Garage was a blessing as was the welcoming bottles of wine after a long journey. Sun terrace both front and rear ideal for relaxing . we are rebooking after the end of this review , see you soon x

“A cosy and well equipped cottage fairly close to the coast” Three very nice bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. A lovely kitchen/living room where the kids played while we fixed the dinner. All three bathrooms were first class, and all appliances worked as they should. The tricky part was to get in and out of the narrow gate direct out on the road.

“Farmhouse Delight” Trevio Framhouse is an absolute gem. We have been coming here for the last 5 years, it really is a slice of Cornish heaven. The property is very well equipped and to a high standard with all the things you need when travelling with young children. The views and the wildlife around the farmhouse are breath taking.There are lots of amenities close by at St Merryn and several beaches and coves all within a 10 minute drive. Judith is very accomodating and nothing is ever too much, she always makes sure our holiday is superb. This is definateley a 5 star farmhouse!!

“Lovely holiday house” The house was warm and comfortable - lovely bedrooms with King size beds - very comfortable - en- suite bathrooms - a real luxury! Great views from all the windows - sonos in the kitchen so cooking accompanied by an assortment of Beach Boys to Techno! Lots of board games to choose from. A great location for all the bays and stunning coastline - Bedruthan steps was a highlight and breakfast at Fifteen in Watergate Bay was fab. As long as you can brave the narrow Cornish lanes leading to the house ( we got used to them) it's a great place for a holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Padstow” Very good accommodation, and great location. The owners where extremely good at communicating and we felt the description of the property was spot on. The only thing I can say is the mattress on the main bed was a bit dated and soft. This however should not put any one off booking as I like a firm mattress

“Great stay, great location, great house” Sintra is a fantastic family house. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for all. The walk in wet room was fantastic for coming straight off the beach. The location is wonderful too, a 10 minute walk down the hill to one of the best family beaches in North Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again.

“Very well equipped cottage” Jackie has thought of everything you could possibly need and the house is extremely dog friendly. The wetsuits,body boards and outdoor shower are so useful. Lovely to be able to stroke round the corner to the beach.

“Perfect holiday home” Really well-equipped spacious holiday home, which had been cleaned to a very high standard! We had a nice little welcome note from our hosts and a bottle of wine and milk to get our holiday off to a good start. They have provided a fab welcome folder giving you some really useful information. A fantastic find that I cant wait to visit again soon!
