We are close to the village of St-Fraimbault one of the most colourful floral villages in northern France.

The cottage is small but has all the amenities you would need to offer you the best comfort and base to explore the Normandy countryside. Recently refurbished, the cottage has new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave convection oven, ceramic hob.

Delightful and comfortable accommodation set in the peaceful, leafy village of Bagnoles Chateau next to the small but distinguished and pretty, spa town of Bagnoles-de-L'Orne. An excellent base for exploring a beautiful area or for finding your own holiday home.

Bagnoles Chateau used to be called Tessé-la-Madelèine and this will still be seen on the Google map.

Les Epiceas is set in 17 acres of gardens with swimming pool, tennis court, fishing lake and walks in the grounds. Within an attractive converted cider barn , it is open plan and spacious, with far reaching views across the gardens and swimming pool.
