“You won't be disappointed” This was a once in a lifetime vacation for us so we were nervous that the place wouldn't be all that it was advertised to be. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect, right on the beach, close to the activity hub of the pier and a short walk to restaurants and groceries. The waves at the beach are mild and great for beginning surfers. We stayed in the first floor unit and it was so much nicer than many of the other rentals in the area. It looked like the house wasn't intended to be a rental because there are so many luxuries that a landlord wouldn't want to pay for, like leather couches, granite countertops, frameless glass showers and more. We had a lot of people over and easily slept 10, four in the living room and two in each of the three bedrooms. Edward and his family - staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. They keep the place well maintained, even having an extra bottle of propane on hand for when the barbecue ran out. The washer dryer is a nice amenity for those wet towels and bathing suits. Parking is impossible in the area so the one parking space in the garage is a big benefit not found in all the area rentals. The garage and alley are pretty tight, but we fit our Honda Pilot in with a little coaxing. The garage was a great place to keep our boogie board, surfboards and bicycles. The trip went without a hitch and we thoroughly enjoyed the unit and our stay.
