“Great Place for a group of friends to stay in Belfast.” Great Place for a group of friends to stay in Belfast. I had 14 people stay in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great living room and kitchen. It was very central with most things in walking distance. There was a small issue with the boiler, but William came out straight away and fixed it quickly. I found dealing with William very quick and courteous.

“Luxury on the Lough” Planning a 7 night holiday for 4 adults and 4 children under 5 was always going to be a bit of a bother, but when I stumbled upon 5 Fisherman's Cottage a stumbled upon a Gem. My best friend was coming to visit me from Australia with her husband and 2 small children so we didn't want the restrictions of a hotel but we wanted the luxury. I also had my husband and 2 small children so finding something that could accommodate us was always going to be tough. The 5 Fisherman's Cottage web page was easy to navigate and to be honest I thought the pictures were too good to be true. Boy was I wrong. We arrived on the Saturday and we were all blown away with this lodge. What you see is what you get. A little bit of French luxury tucked away in the south west of Northern Ireland with views of the lough that quiet honestly are breath taking. everything was spotless and comfortable, there was enough utensils and equipment in the kitchen to make it a real home from home. We went from breakfasts on the patio to after dinner drinks in front of the fire simply perfect. There is plenty to do for all ages in the area and the kitchen has a great folder with names and numbers of places of interest.With having 4 small children a washing machine was fantastic, we brought some toys with us but there are some toys tucked away which is fantastic, along with an extensive dvd collection and children's books, they really did want for anything. Baby gates at top and bottom of stairs was also great for piece of mind. I can honestly say I have never had such a relaxing holiday and it was Perfect to share with my friends from Australia who just loved it. Thankyou you so much for letting us share your beautiful home we would recommend in a heart beat and look forward to staying again.

“Beautiful views and great hospitality” Our second stay to come 'home' and visit family. Very welcoming and well equipped house. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a longish journey with 3 young children, including treats for the children and wine for us! The house has great space for everyone and the necessary bits and pieces for young children e.g. stair gates/travel cot etc. Beautiful views of the sea from many windows, including the upstairs shower room! A good house for the children to play in after days out, and for us to relax in in the evenings, looking out to sea with a glass of wine. Paul is a very helpful host, with any queries being dealt with easily and we enjoyed visiting the sites of Bangor and around e.g. Pickie fun park and the coastal path. Jamaica Inn was good and the Salty Dog good for an evening out. All in all a lovely holiday and we will be back!

“Excellent holiday rental in Bushmills” Spent a lovely holiday at this excellent house in Bushmills. The owner of the house had thought of just about everything to enable guests to enjoy their stay. The house was roomy and comfortable and the decor was very tasteful. We found the situation of the rental so handy to visit all the resorts on the North Coast. There were a number of good restaurants in close proximity and so all in all I can highly recommend this holiday rental. I will not hesitate to rebook this cottage in the future.

“Fantastic” We have spend new year eve and new year at this property. It was great everything is within atleast 10 minutes drive. The surrounding is good and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested. Must come back again soon.

“Tardis cottage” A very warm welcome from the hosts. Fresh bread, fresh milk, wine & flowers were waiting for us on arrival. Very spacious cottage. Massive kitchen with plenty of seating. Great sized bedrooms. Everything you need on a self catering holiday was provided here. Back yard is a sun trap with a picnic table. Ideal for dining alfresco. Beds very comfortable and warm. This cottage is amazing with plenty to do & see. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will defo be back :-)

“Very good central location” We were in Portrush for a wedding and this house suited our every need. It is close to all attractions and amenities. There is car parking outside and various locations close by. Lydia has loads of personal touches inside to suit everyone. Kids have toys , adults have bubbly, loads of food for a fry up, all the little things that you normally have to go out and buy ie tea coffee, sugar milk,bread etc. It's like being at your Mammys . We'll do it again ,I'm certain, thanks Lydia.
