“3 Water Street” This was our 3rd annual visit to this cottage in Llandudno. It is so much bigger than it seems on the outside and very well kitted out. It really is a home from home and I plan to book our next visit very soon. A great cottage in a great place.

“Money well spent!” We had a lovely weekend in No 3. Comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Kitchen equipped with all sorts of extras such as foil, cling film, oils, ketchup etc which we were asked to replace if they ran out. It sleeps six but as a two we had plenty of room to spread out; six might be a bit cosy downstairs. A small garden with decking and table and chairs for four. Garden enclosed so dogs safe, but with the beach only 50m away it was easier to walk them down the road onto the sand. A quiet area with parking for one car in the courtyard right outside the house. Owner Claire was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent value for money - recommended!

“Great house!” We had a great time staying in the house. It's huge and really well furnished and decorated. Owners were really nice and helpful, and everything was in place. Little notes and sweets left for the kids left them overwhelmed! we were lucky to have a sunny day! So we just walked down to the tram, took it up the hill and strolled down to the pier and town. The house location is perfect as you don't need to get in the car to get to the beach, town or the pier. The views from the top of the hill were great. highly recommended!

“Well appointed townhouse” We have booked this beautiful townhouse for our friends from London. Grandparents have the ground floor ensuite. Parents & 2 kids occupied 1st floor, both rooms are ensuite. Top floor is open plan kitchen, dining & sitting room. Very spacious & well equipped. They all have a wonderful 4 days! The location was great with walking distance to beach & town centre. Amanda is such a wonderful host! We friends said they can't wait to come back!

“Perfect” A gem of a holiday cottage in an idyllic spot in Betws-y-Coed. Booking process excellent. Contacted Kate last minute about bringing our dog with us and without any hesitation advised wasn’t a problem. Cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Will most definitely return when we visit the stunning Snowdonia National Park in the near future.

“wonderful” This is a lovely welcoming house. Fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. I took my mother, aunt, teenage daughter and her friend, for a short break. We all loved the house. And the beds were amazingly comfortable. Can't recommend highly enough.

“Great Location” Great location very convenient for all of the delights of Conwy. Good facilities and equipment in the accommodation. The photos don't do it justice. The only niggle was the hot water was a bit of a faff to get right, but we did get the knack and it was the only issue in an otherwise great stay.

“"Wow"!” We have just returned from our stay at Bramley cottage and What a wonderful week we've had. We were wowed from the moment we walked through the door and to be honest don't feel the photos do the property full justice. The living room, which appears to be the original part of the cottage was so cosy and loved putting our tea lights on in the huge fire place in the evenings. The kitchen diner is huge and modern,light and bright with everything you need. Loved putting the radio on in the mornings whilst preparing breakfast and the French doors open out to the beautiful walled garden which is so peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom is lovely and modern with huge bath and fantastic rainfall shower. The bedrooms, particularly the king size were extremely comfy and despite no wardrobe in the double room there is drawer space and room enough to share in the massive wardrobe in the king room. I was a little uncertain about the cottages location but it's literally a few minutes easy walk into the centre and we always managed to find a parking space too! We felt so relaxed and at home that we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend Bramley and also Pippin which is next door and hope very much to return in the future! Thanks Gill and Dave for making our holiday so special!!

“lovely cottage, great location” Wonderful cottage at bottom tramstop for great orme. Five minutes walk into town, a little steep on way back if you have walking probs. Excellent chippy on doorstep. Recommend kings head (also on doorstep), queen vic down road, and especially the amazing palladium (for the amazing building, as well as greatprices) superb renovation by weatherspoons. Cottage was lovely , comfortable, well furnished, and spotlessly clean. En suite wa a bit of a tight squeeze. If you leave the gate open you might be surprised by a giant kashmiri goat in the garden ! Only downside was parking space a bit tight ( scratched door on exit). Thoroughly enjoyed week in llandudno, would cetainly stop here again.

“Fantastic” We've stayed in this property several time each time it gets better.Everything is there just turn up no need to worry about forgetting anything from home it's all there. JUST One thing remember towels .Can't wait for our next visit we also have a disabled son who is able to get around the house without any difficulties. Dog friendly and close to everything what more can I say . A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY had by all .

“Christmas get away” Lovely break inbetween Christmas & New Year. Visited Morfa Bycham, Criccieth, Black rock sands, Porthmadog & Borth y gest & had lots of lovely daily beach walks. Would recommend as a great location. The shop owner even opened the shop up for us because we didn't know the opening times! Perfect set up for our group. Happy New year!

“Just the job for touring Anglesey” Lovely quiet location near to major services .We are birdwatchers and were able to access all the sites on the island very easily. The accommodation is very comfortable and we were able to self cater to a good standard because of the facilities - we will return with a group of friends next time.

“Fantastic home from home in breathtaking scenery” Gorlys is a beautifully decorated house with absolutely everything you will need for a very relaxing family stay. Our dogs were very chilled and so were we knowing the garden was safe for them and the fact the beach was so close for wonderful walks . The beds were sooooo comfy we all felt very relaxed after a busy week of climbing Snowdon and zip wiring down a slate quarry ( AMAZING!!)! And chasing waterfalls ( Aber Falls) worth the drive through STUNNING scenery . We popped over to Angelsey and did the boat trip to Puffin Island with the dogs which was so much fun. We would definitely go back !!!! Thankyou

“Everything we could have asked for and more” We have just spent a weekend away with the family at this loverly house just outside Abersoch. The facilities in this house are excellent. We were celebrating my Father's 70th Birthday therefore this was a special occasion. From BBQ, Pool table, Jacuzzi, TV's everywhere, a loverly garden and patio area we all had lots to do and enjoyed it so much. My Wife, Children and I went into Abersoch on the Saturday for a Coffee however we couldn't get the other family members to leave the house. This is the first time we have done a weekend like this as a larger family and would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is thinking of doing something special. We had everything we could have asked for and more!!

“Fabulous location great house” I have just spent a week at this house with my partner, daughter and elderly parents (oh and the dog!). House was well equipped. Fabulous location overlooking the bay with an easy 5-10min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us so we weren't able to take advantage of the lovely garden, patio and decked areas but the lookout had everything we needed. The communication we had with the new owners Rupert and Adiba was excellent. If I had one suggestion it would be to consider erecting a wooden high fence between the 2 properties. We will not hesitate to visit here again. Thank you Rupert and Adiba.
