“3 Water Street” This was our 3rd annual visit to this cottage in Llandudno. It is so much bigger than it seems on the outside and very well kitted out. It really is a home from home and I plan to book our next visit very soon. A great cottage in a great place.

“Great house!” We had a great time staying in the house. It's huge and really well furnished and decorated. Owners were really nice and helpful, and everything was in place. Little notes and sweets left for the kids left them overwhelmed! we were lucky to have a sunny day! So we just walked down to the tram, took it up the hill and strolled down to the pier and town. The house location is perfect as you don't need to get in the car to get to the beach, town or the pier. The views from the top of the hill were great. highly recommended!

“Ideal base for Snowdonia” The cottage is just off the main High Street down a cul-de-sac with a handful of other properties. A parking space is available on the gated front garden.There is a conservatory on the front of the cottage which serves as a smart dining room. The design is open-plan, leading into a lounge area with a small but well equipped kitchen. Up the stairs there is a fold-up bed for guests but also the sofa downstairs is a bed/settee. The smart and spacious bedroom gives a great view of the lake and there is an en-suite shower room. The property is best suited for couples as the only toilet is in the ensuite. The gardens are well kept and there is an outhouse with tumble dryer etc... Also there is a washing machine in the kitchen which proved handy for washing muddy clothes. All in all, highly recommended. Ruth next door helped with any questions we had but was not intrusive.

“Barmouth Marine Parade” Excellent week in fantastic accommodation. Fully equipped with lots of toys and games for the children and Adults. Views of the coastline were beautiful and was a great place to base yourself. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

“Cosy base for exploring Snowdonia National Park” A fantastic cosy cottage from which to explore all the delights of Snowdonia. It's compact but very clean and comfortable and fitted our family of four (including two boys of 11 and 14) perfectly. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. As others have said the pub across the bridge is very friendly and shows football matches in the evenings. Thanks very much Alan, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't fault the communication or the cleanliness of the cottage.

“Excellent accomodation and location” House is very spacious and was excellent for 6 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of room to all be together or have our own space. The house having 3 ensuites was ideal plus main bathroom meant even the children had their own bathroom. Rear patio is a sun trap so nice to sit out in the evening. House was very clean and very well equipped, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Location is excellent, Asda at end of road, train station and town centre few mins walk. The owner Emma is very helpful and accommodating, always available to answer any questions. We would definitely return.

“Perfect” A gem of a holiday cottage in an idyllic spot in Betws-y-Coed. Booking process excellent. Contacted Kate last minute about bringing our dog with us and without any hesitation advised wasn’t a problem. Cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Will most definitely return when we visit the stunning Snowdonia National Park in the near future.

“Snowdon base” Fantastic location in the national park. Plenty of attractions nearby as well as the mountain range. The property grounds are amazing. The property itself has enough room for a group of 4-8 people and two bathrooms and heats up well. There is a nice stream out the back and sometimes the sheep end up in the back garden. There are more modern and more equipped properties but you need to remember what you are paying and for that amount you have more than enough to use as a nice base full of character to explore Snowdonia. I would only ask that the back patio door is looked at as we found that difficult to lock. Recommended.

“What a wonderful place!” Had a wonderful trip, the Wynnstay was a brilliant base camp for us on our trip to Barmouth. My mum booked this place for me and my boyfriend who had never been to Wales. I can safely say he has fallen in love with Wales and Barmouth! Martin was brilliant at communicating with us from day 1 if we ever needed to chat. We arrived and the flat was immaculate! The bed was the best nights sleep we have had in years, the bathroom is all very modern and the views from the living room meant we barely watched TV! Highly recommended location to stay in barmouth as you are right on the harbour. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you so much for the perfect stay-cation ever!

“lovely cottage, great location” Wonderful cottage at bottom tramstop for great orme. Five minutes walk into town, a little steep on way back if you have walking probs. Excellent chippy on doorstep. Recommend kings head (also on doorstep), queen vic down road, and especially the amazing palladium (for the amazing building, as well as greatprices) superb renovation by weatherspoons. Cottage was lovely , comfortable, well furnished, and spotlessly clean. En suite wa a bit of a tight squeeze. If you leave the gate open you might be surprised by a giant kashmiri goat in the garden ! Only downside was parking space a bit tight ( scratched door on exit). Thoroughly enjoyed week in llandudno, would cetainly stop here again.

“Stunning!” Enjoying a weeks holiday in this extremely beautiful and very tastefully furnished apartment. It is very spacious and airy, superbly clean and the owner has obviously put a tremendous amount of effort into it as there is everything you could possibly want or need. The photos really don't do it justice. It is in a lovely quiet location yet only minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. There are loads of lovely places to eat and a trip up the Great Orme has to be done, with amazing views. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we intend to be back as soon as possible!

“Fabulous location great house” I have just spent a week at this house with my partner, daughter and elderly parents (oh and the dog!). House was well equipped. Fabulous location overlooking the bay with an easy 5-10min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us so we weren't able to take advantage of the lovely garden, patio and decked areas but the lookout had everything we needed. The communication we had with the new owners Rupert and Adiba was excellent. If I had one suggestion it would be to consider erecting a wooden high fence between the 2 properties. We will not hesitate to visit here again. Thank you Rupert and Adiba.
