“Overall good” The house and pool are great. The pool was the best feature. The beach was more of a walk than we anticipated and we had to reach out to find out how to get to the beach. My handicap mother struggled a bit. The property manger was awesome and quick to respond to all questions/issues. The main issue we had was the trash. The smell was horrible. We checked in on a Friday and trash pick up is on a Monday. The previous guests had sea food at some point and the smell made its way into part of the house, even with the bins outside the garage. There were maggots and blow flies. I think trash needs to be picked up more than once a week. After it was picked up the property manager did come and clean the bin. Also, more bath cloths are needed. There are plenty of towels and beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen was well stocked overall, including spices and other basics. Also, just FYI they won’t let you turn the air lower than 74 degrees. The rules that are emailed are different than the rules that are posted in the house, so it was a bit confusing with some things. We had our own wagon and beach accessories but they did have one for the beach along with 4 chairs, an umbrella and some toys if they are needed. Overall, it was a good place to rent. The house is nice, spacious, and clean.
