“Wroxham holiday” What a amazing place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Was shocked to see complementary biscuts and chocolates on the table. Rooms are very big and brilliant for a family. But there was only 2 of us stay. Very homely and warm. Lovely views from all around the home. Amazing place to stay would reccomened to anyone. We will definitely be returning. Julie was on the end of the phone if needed but was very quick on communication thank you Julie.

“Well equipped lovely cottage within walking distance to beach, playground and local shops” The cottage is comfortable with a homely feel, with plenty of supplies for for the 9 of us. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are quite spacious with a small single room downstairs. It is nice to have a small garden at the back as well as a sitting area at the front. Having 2 designated car park spaces at the back bay is great. The welcome pack with milk, tea bags, biscuits & wine was very received by us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Fantastic New Year’s Eve weekend break with the family” We had a lovely stay over New Year’s Eve weekend 2017. The barn is beautifully presented with everything you need for your stay. Linda left a box of toys for our little boy full of trains and track which he loved and a selection of kids DVDs which he enjoyed sitting and watching. Brilliant location to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk - we drove to Aldeburgh on New Year’s Eve daytime which is just over an hour away and worth a visit. We also went on the wroxham to alysham barrow gauge steam train which is half hour away. Plenty of other things to do that we would happily go back and stay at the barn to go and do. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would highly recommend the barn for a family get away.

“Great property, well equiped and in an excellent location” This property has everything you could need for a break at any time of year, comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a living area with ample space to eat and chill out with a good selection of entertainment options. A large enclosed garden is ideal if you are bringing a dog and as space to sit out and enjoy the weather. The beach is a short walk from the property past a well equipped small shop, and there are a number of places to get food and drink by the beach access, including the dog friendly Reef's bar. Heading up the coast a short way, I can recommend Smallsticks tea room by Cart Gap access to the beach in Happisburgh, before you go an have a closer look at the lighthouse.

“Perfect” Myself, my wife, our son and daughter in law, two grandchildren and our dog stayed at Brent Cottage in early August. The cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone in the cottage, bedrooms very spacious, bathrooms/shower rooms very clean and tidy, kitchen fully equipped and a lovely south facing enclosed garden with comfortable garden furniture and a very good barbecue and is very safe for children and dogs. Never any traffic and hardly any pedestrians so always nice and peaceful in the garden. The cottage is in a brilliant location as only a few minutes walk to the harbour and all its amenities and the main shopping area is literally just around the corner. The owner was very helpful and although not needed during our weeks stay we knew she was only a phone call away if we needed her. All in all we had an absolutely brilliant week at the cottage and will definitely be re booking in the future. Highly recommended.
