The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely bourgeois building, in a peaceful street. Spacious and well laid out, it has a double bedroom giving onto the courtyard and a sofa bed for two people in the living room that opens up on the street. It is the ideal apartment for a couple with children.
The entrance hall serves the spacious double living room with a sitting and a dining area that are clearly delimited. Thanks to the understated and elegant pieces of furniture, the mouldings on the ceiling, the light-coloured floor and the chimney, this apartment is an easy to live in, comfortable, and welcoming place.

Immediately to the right is a wonderfully modern and well equipped kitchen. It opens onto an ornate terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs for dining during fine weather.
Facing the stairs is the large living room, very warm, tastefully furnished with a large sofa and comfortable armchairs. A 1950's inspired bar gives a retro touch to this inviting room. As an extension of the living room, is the dining room with a large table and 8 chairs. You can also access the dining room through the kitchen.
The third floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located down the hall and has its own bathroom with bath and shower. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom, which also has a bathtub and shower. There are toilets in both bathrooms.
This entire apartment exudes a calm and cozy atmosphere. A little bit of the country in the city.
