“Great Villa, well located & clean” Been to Moraira many times and this is probably the best place we stayed. well located with the sea, bars and good restaurants only a 5 minute walk away and Moraira 30 minutes where there are loads of great places to eat and drink. Villa spacious and well looked after, clean and modern fittings. essentially 2 floor x 3 bedrooms and own kitchen separated by an external staircase, so ideal for 2 families and a great outdoor bar area. mosquitos a pain all day, but that's Spain at this time of year. Eric was excellent and answered questions quickly, also flexible on timings to suit our flights.

“Lovely Villa - Great Location” We have visited Moraira for holidays on many occasions in the past and we were not disappointed on this visit with the villa and location. The Villa catered well for our needs as a family with teenagers and a 2 year old due to only being a 10 minute walk to the beach at El Portet and the town of Moraira. The Villa offered excellent accommodation including a gas BBQ, sun terrace and large pool. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and exactly as described on the web site and didn’t disappoint. Moraira and El Portet is a great place for a family holiday with lots to do on your doorstep without the noise and bustle associated with many other Spanish resorts. We visited Moraira in festival week which offered great evening entertainment and Spanish traditional festival activities. Mark & Ann were great to deal with from booking to return of deposit. We have already recommended other members of our family to visit Moraira and use Mark & Ann’s Villa. Thanks

“A Spanish Idyll” > > I can't fault this holiday - i went with my young son who loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean and well-presented and full of nice touches such as books and games - there was even a dock for my ipod! My little boy loved the swimming pool when he was not at the nearby beach (next to which, incidentally, is a cafe that sells the best cafe con leche in Spain). Even the multi-level communal garden was full of adventure, providing a safe playground for my son and allowing me to relax on the veranda. Moraira itself is lovely little town with nice shops and restaurants, and plenty to entertain my little boy. I'm a little loathe to recommend Casa de Paz, but only as i feel like its my own special place and i really don't want to share it with anyone!

“4th visit to this oasis of calm and tranquility!” If you are looking for a villa,walking distance to the local beaches, cafes and restaurants, set in large beautiful private gardens, with super large heart shaped pool and amazing sea views from all over the property, then this one is for you! Tucked away at the end of a long gated private driveway, the villa is very well appointed, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, spacious shower rooms with rain showers, air conditioning and central heating. The furnishings are discreet and tasteful. The gardens, terraces and outside spaces are planted with beautiful trees shrubs and succulents. We stayed here in March, September and November this year, and had fabulous weather on each occasion.

“Hidden gem” Lovely villa so private with a gorgeous sea view. Gorgeous modern shower rooms. We did miss a bath with having a baby but no big deal. Bar 21 just down the road does great tapas and drinks. One day we had no water pressure, I text the agent and he arrived and sorted it within 30 mins. Would stay here again. :-)

“So Relaxing!” We have a wonderful week at the Apartment at Villa Mimosa. The apartment is spotlessly clean and Jenny has thought of everything you might need! We had a fantastically relaxing time, rarely leaving the beautiful terrace. It was just what we needed. Jenny and Nige are brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for a truly relaxing holiday.
