“Excellent” Location of property is spot on. The house was lovely as well as the secure complex. Pool area and complex extremely clean and very well kept. All in all, it was first class and I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes a quiet complex within very easy reach of restaurants, beach and shopping

“Private, Peaceful + Spacious - An excellent choice for a superb holiday” This was my third time staying here (2012, 2014 previously). First time as a couple and since then with all the family (2 teenage kids\ 1 young adult). I will definitely return again. The location is great if you want to combine pool\beach days with sightseeing as you are only 5 minutes drive away from the motorway and 10 mins to the start of Los Alcazares beach. Its a very straight forward drive from San Javier airport (3 exits). Each time I have stayed, there have been improvements made, the latest of which is a new patio area in amongst the fruit trees which we really enjoyed. One of the things I absolutely love about this place is the size of the grounds - there are a number of choices of sun-lounging areas so a large group or teen\parents will not feel on top of each other. The villa boundary is a high mostly creeper clad fence with a gate that is lockable from the inside which gives a great sense of privacy. The plants and trees give a really tropical feel to the place. Louise and Mike who manage the property are very helpful and a great source of local information. We had one issue connecting to the wifi but it was dealt with swiftly by Louise\Mike. Overall, I still feel lucky to have 'discovered' this place back in 2012 after much searching.

“Good, comfortable apartment ..... shame about the WiFi and T.V.” This is a good, comfortable apartment, nicely equipped and well located for the eateries and beach, so ideal for our ten day holiday. Unfortunately, what was not so ideal was the reliability of the T.V. and WiFi which as out of action for 7 and 5 days respectively. Also, I would replace the very tired bed linen in the twin bed room. Sorry, the black and grey duvet covers are past their best! Overall would recommend though as a lot of plus points.

“Vacation” Apartment was very clean and tidy and bigger than what we thought. Not far from main square and beach. The only thing I was disappointed with was about two weeks before we were due to leave there was a mention of a cleaning charge. It was not made clear to me whether I had to pay it and how much it was. I was a bit shocked when I was asked for 65 euros on arrival.

“Apartment” Had a lovely time. Apartment within walking distance of town and very central for costa calida. Has everything you need for holiday. Beach chairs, sun beds well equipped . Only down side is not in a sunny position but lovely pool just round the corner.

“Clean and comfortable” The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two things if we were to complain about was unfortunately we was unable to use the safe as the owners had forgotten code. And towels were a little crisp in need of some TLC or new ones. Only a short walk from the beach even though we didn't see much of it as we were both ill. Craig was helpful and appeared friendly.

“Perfect for young family, you will definitely need a car.” Great apartment and on the whole clean. Some food had been left in the cupboards by previous guests which might have been helpful had the ants not found it first! We had to buy some spray but after a good clean we didn't really see any more than the odd one, and that's only to be expected. The pool was fab and quiet, some days we had it to ourselves. Roda golf itself is sprawling yet lacks restaurants and a decent supermarket so it's advisable to hire a car and drive to the main resort centre which is literally 5 minutes away. This has plenty of shops and restaurants suitable for families with young kids.

“Superb Penthouse” Having stayed at Roda a number of times this is by far the best Apartment I have stayed at!! I like it so much I'm still here now and just couldn't wait to right a review!, the apartment is superbly furnished throughout and has a real homely feel to it!. The terraces are really nicely decorated and the rooftop is like being in heaven, inside the property is really 5* with the smart televisions and furniture the apartment just oozes class. Having stayed on phase 2 and 3 before we felt a bit isolated but this location is perfect on phase 1 as it is in a prime spot close to everything i.e. Pool, club house, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Having found this Penthouse apartment I do not want to stay anywhere else and will 110% definitely be returning! If it is available!

“Pleasantly surprised how nice the apartment was with superb views” This was our second time staying at the Albatross apartments, we stayed in a very nice ground floor apartment last time but this time fancied an apartment with a roof top terrace. We were not disappointed as the views from this apartment are superb looking across the town and all the way over to La Manga. Got up early a few times just to watch the sun rise from the terrace!! The apartment is also very well furnished and equipped. Absolutely love Los Alcázares so we will definitely return in the future.
