The house, in tuffeau stone dates from the 19th Century and dominates the Loire. From the windows, you can see the Castle of Saumur, as it's very close to the property. You can walk to the historic centre of the town in 10min by going through the bridge of the castle.

Lovely walks can be had all the way through the vineyards and passing by the windmills.
