Villa Maria is a large “maison bourgeoise” in very good condition. It has 4 good sized bedrooms. Sleeps at least 10 (2 families?). Outside is a large south facing patio for dining, sunbathing, reading & relaxing, overlooking a mostly private garden and pool.

The house is in a small, pleasant hamlet approximately 8km from the medieval town of Loches
