“Lovely Cottage, beautifully located” We stayed in Penlan cottage as part of a big family trip to North Wales. Due to numbers, the family members were spread across a number of different properties and locations, but I think we came up trumps with this one! The cottage is right on the banks of a river (Dee?) and has the most amazing views. We were able to sit out on the river terrace and watch the sun set behind the hills on the other side of the valley, even though it was only March - perfect place for a glass of wine. The inside of the house is simply and tastefully decorated. Everything looked fresh and clean, which is important to me. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is a proper size and has a decent dining table (I find the kitchen in rental properties is often very small). There is also a good size sitting room with two big sofas - so plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Plenty to do in the local area - we filled our time with walking, eating and drinking! I would highly recommend. We're already talking about going back for a long weekend sometime in the summer - but just the two of us this time!

“Fabulous stay at Jasmine Cottage” We would thoroughly recommend Jasmine Cottage as a Base for exploring North and Middle Wales, Chester and Shropshire areas. Jasmine Cottage itself is comfortable, cozy and well equipped. Looking out on the hillside from the balcony every morning was a delight. “Superb accomodation in a superb location” We were lucky enough to stay at Plas yn Ial during the recent half term, in which the house proved a fabulous outpost for various trips around wales, for example Snowdon in about 45 minutes. I wish we'd spent more time in the house itself. It was warm, cosy, kitted out to a very high standard and the owners were wonderfully hospitable and accomodating. Slightly cliched but it was indeed a home from home, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

“Beautiful cottage in stunning location” We had such a lovely short break in this gorgeous cottage. Antonia has thought of just about everything, it is comfortable, spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. A stunning and peaceful location just a few minutes drive from Llangollen and lots of great pubs, restaurants and cafes locally. We will definitely come back again thanks for a lovely restful and restorative weekend break.
