“A beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of the world” I had never been to Lagos before (in fact I’d never been to the Algarve before) and when I got there I was very impressed. The town is beautiful with quiet, cobblestone side streets and hidden cafes and shops. It’s a real adventure to walk around and discover new places and the marina is a lovely spot lined with restaurants and bars offering wonderful views of all the various boats, and most of the bars and restaurants offer free wifi to customers. The apartment complex is very secure and located in a nice quiet spot next to the marina. Despite the restaurants and bars of the marina being only a very short walk away I could not hear any noise from them at any time. The pool area has two pools, one for children and one for adults, and has sun loungers and parasols provided. It gets the sun for most of the day and there’s even a bar area servicing the pools, although as we went off-season this was closed. The apartment is bright and spacious and decorated to a very high standard. I was impressed with how well cleaned and stocked the apartment was. There were none of those annoying moments when you realise there’s no can opener or cork screw, everything you could need is provided. There’s even English TV. We were only there for a week and there is so much to see and do that I have no doubt we will definitely be going back in the future. I fully recommend this apartment in Lagos and cannot wait to return.

“Ideal location” Very nice quiet apartment, had everything we needed, Internet access, towels, wash up liquid, playing cards. Rooms were tidy and the location was close to train station and the town center, so no need to rent a car. Instructions provided by algarve apartment was very informative, following this made our lives easier, pingo doce supermarket was just walking distance if you are buying lots - remember to take the trolley in the apartment with you. The beach is also a walking distance Our children ages 7 & 5 enjoyed their stay and so did we, the weather was warm for 4 days out of our 8 day stay. We went out on a boat ride with our children to the grotto which cost us 30 euros other activities are also available. Going we booked a taxi using one of the links provided by Algarve apartment and it turned out to be the cheapest I could find online, doing independent search. Travelling back we decided to use the public transport since Lagos train station is so close by and spent about 21 euros, children pay half price on the train, journey duration was about 1:40hr Adult - 7.30 euros And taxi from Faro train station to Faro airport was 10 euro about 10 min ride. In short I would recommend this apartment.

“Fab house” We stayed in Lynn and Dave’s house in May . It was without a doubt the best holiday home I have ever stayed in . From the moment we stepped in it was WOW. The house is beautifully decorated and is def a home from home. We were there with our children and grand child . Everyone was catered for. Cot, high chair , safety gates for the baby . The location was excellent also . We wanted a house near the beach and we were directly across the road from it. All our dealings with Dave and Lynn were effortless. Lynn responded immediately to my emails from start to finish . Would 100 per cent recommend this lovely home .

“Excellently appointed Accomadation, in a lovely Appartment” Although the weather could have been kinder, we still had a lovelly week staying in this appartment. everything you could want or need is provided. This trip was for just the two of us, but i would be quite happy bringing my kids here also, its location within the appartment block means that the kids can just walk straight off your private patio into the pool, whilst you could catch up on your tan and still keep an eye on them. We had a hire car but still walked into the marina area and the old town, 4 or 5 times in the week, its a decent walk approx 30mins to the marina, the old town is further. You can walk all the way to the marina by the beach (will take longer). Im sure we will be back, Thanks for a smooth booking process and great accomadation. Cheers Dave and Sam a

“What a lovely property” Stayed here for a week at the end of October. We rented the upper floor of the property and we absolutely loved it. It was better than we anticipated, photos can't really do it justice. The living area was very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Both bedrooms were equally nice with extra large beds and impressive shower rooms. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, everything we needed was there. The balcony which runs the length of the living room and one bedroom was perfect for relaxing and eating meals with a stunning view of the coast and the star of the show for us was the spacious roof terrace with built in barbecue, sink and even a fridge. An amazing, private, place to relax with views right along the coast. The area was incredibly relaxing with a beautiful beach and several nearby restaurants but it was an easy walk into Largos town - we usually caught the train back, very easy to do, costs a little more than a pound and Maia Praia station is a 5/10 minute walk from the property. This was our first visit to the Algarve, we really enjoyed it but the property made all the difference - thank you to Carolina and Susana for a warm welcome and for providing a lovely place tp stay.

“Fantastical” The apartment was literally home from home, we felt very at ease and able to relax comfortably. We had everything we needed and more - none of your basics here. The 24/7 security gives us girls on our own real peace of mind. Security were also very helpful regarding taxis, information on the local area and queries regarding the apartment complex. The apartment is situated fairly close to the Marina - over the bridge and you're in Lagos town with lots of great restaurants with good food reasonably priced. Local buses made it very easy getting about. Local taxis were also reasonably priced. We would recommend to visitors the small train which leaves the Marina every hour and takes in some interesting places the spectacular views.
